"The room could use a bit of an update but I guess it's good for the price that it was for. It had everything you need for a business stay. You could get some noise from other room/ floor and a bit from outside but nothing major to upset my stay. There were no charging points next to the bed."

"The environment of the room number is quite satisfactory in all aspects, but it is quite speechless, that is, I went there and told me that the Internet is not available, and the signal in the room is very poor. My own network can not be used, and the signal is too bad
And the front desk is not there, you have to walk to find another place to see it
There is a deposit of 1 yuan at the front desk. There are two room cards in total. One is to provide electricity and the other is to take with you when you go out.
The most speechless thing is that the internet is unavailable and the signal in the room is very poor

Great
GGuest UserWe are a family of 5 and we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. The hotel did not give us rooms on the same floor. They said they had no idea that we were traveling together as I did not tell them we were traveling together. I answered the reservation of the 3 rooms was made under ONE booking, does it tell you we are traveling together or I was just booking the other 2 rooms for strangers .....The receptionist was speechless then, but nothing she could do as the hotel was fully booked she said.
We showed up after the check in time of 2pm, but one of the rooms was not cleaned up yet and hence not ready, the other room had AC problem and also not ready. We spent 30 minutes in the reception trying to check in....
The room was noisy, after midnight bid noise came from the main door and toilet area basically every hour, waking us up in the middle of the night a few times. First I thought it was someone banging at the door, or a cleaner cleaning in the lift lobby. I opened the door but found nobody. The noise was consistent for the whole 3 nights.
Other than the above, the hotel is well located and the price is reasonable. The staff at the reception are basically nice and helpful.

GGuest UserGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.
I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

KKongjiekkkWe extended our stay for another day and were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. As seniors, we truly appreciate all the young men and women who assisted us. A big thank you to everyone, and we will definitely stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!
GGuest UserI didn't realise it was stair access only. This wasn't made obvious when I booked or I would have avoided it. Because I have 2 extremely bad knees and cannot do stairs this made it very hard for me. By the time I walked down to there, walked up the outside steps it was too late when I saw the inside steps to go back because my knees were done.
Heater not working so by the time I realised this on the first night I physically wasn't able to walk back again. But when I reported this on Tuesday night there was instant action and the issue was resolved. Heater on, but it was VERY loud when running.
Not much space to sit and relax. If there were 4 guests there is literally not enough room in the couch/fridge/tv area to accommodate. And one of the luxurious things about staying in a hotel room is sitting in bed and watching TV which is impossible here.
It has been years since I've stayed in a hotel or motel room that does not supply shampoo/conditioner so this was a surprise.
Fridge door jammed, had to push it hard to close.
GGuest UserSmelly rooms. Towels looked grey. The air-conditioning exhaust fan is connected directly to the hallway and makes it unbearably hot once walking out of our unit. This terrible design also renders the air-conditioning inside the room ineffective when the hot air being pumped out eventually seeps though the gap between the door and the walls/floor mixing with the cooler air in the apartment. I have to commend the engineer who thought of this ingenious way to waste energy and torture hotel guests while the aforementioned guests were trying their best to do their part in saving sea turtles by sipping tepid drinks in their psuedo sauna rooms with paper straws which slowly melt into pulps, at the same time pondering what life choices they have made to deserve this. As a group of atheists, we couldn't help but reflect and repent. Hell does exist. It might be akin to staying in an apartment eqiuped with an infinite heating loop during the scorching summer of Adelaide.
The A/C eventually failed completely in two out of three rooms during our second night of stay. We did not ask for help from the hotel staff as it's already 2am. After one long sleepless night, we rushed back to the Northern Hemisphere and accepted Jesus Christ as our only lord and saviour. Amen.

NNLK90Stayed here over Christmas.
Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre.
Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional.
Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay)
Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very dated and my shower floor leaked into the bedroom and made the room smell damp
This let to me having to run a fan all the time to stop the room smelling
Tuti the cleaning lady was very good and always made a refreshing change
They were down to one elevator so it was getting to be a pain to use
No bar for the night time and no hot food for breakfast this lead to eating out everyday
Parking was good and worked well
Case storage is available if you ask the right person I was at first told no but when checking out given the opportunity to do this
Hotel is right on the train station and can be easy access for trips away
Summing up my stay it worked ok bit dated and a leaking shower ment I went out every day and never stayed in
The tv was also not very good channels never worked and stopped and started all the time

AAnonymous UserDidn't take many photos. The environment was comfortable, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was standard (cereal, toast, milk, jam, butter, small cakes). This place is definitely worth the price.

GGuest Userat the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.
