We had a comfortable 4 nights stay and the facilities were amazing. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay! Apart from that, the hotel is located at a really good spot with everything within a short distance.

Very happy with the service regarding my order for additional services - eg surprise flowers and a birthday cake. All was very well communicated and the execution was exceptional - was a lovely surprise for my partner. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you Grand for making our stay truely memorable.

Great apartment, even better staff
Really happy with our stay. The location is spot on — we walked everywhere and got to pretty much all the main attractions without needing a car.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything you need — good kitchen, all the cutlery and amenities sorted. No complaints at all.
But honestly, the staff are what made it. I have to admit — I got confused about the deposit and thought they were going to hold $1,000. Completely my mistake. They were incredibly patient and polite when they explained it was actually just $1. I felt a bit silly, but they made me feel totally at ease. That kind of service is hard to find.
Sorry for the confusion, and a big thank you to the whole team. You guys are great!

MartinMadladIt was ok, but not more.
The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does.
The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote.
Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work.
Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits.
It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

PISETH168Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.

BreakFree Adelaide is a pragmatic choice for the high-frequency business traveler who views a hotel as a utility rather than an experience. Positioned on the western edge of the CBD, it offers a ”three-star plus” experience—clean, functional, and devoid of the price bloat found in nearby luxury hubs.
The strategic advantage here is the onsite undercover parking ($22/night with a 2.1m clearance), which is a rare, friction-reducing asset in the city center. For those working in the West End or visiting the University of Adelaide’s Health Faculty, the logistics are seamless.
The area's character is gritty but authentic. While the immediate hotel dining is unremarkable, the culinary upside is concentrated nearby. Specifically, Seoul Express on Hindley Street provides high-quality Korean fare that serves as a necessary antidote to standard hotel catering. Stay here for the operational efficiency; look elsewhere if you require aesthetic inspiration.

QINGCHUNWe were in a hurry and didn't have time to have breakfast. The room is quite big and should be able to accommodate an extra bed if needed. Can take children. The room itself is a double bed + a single bed. A family of three stays, sleeps more comfortably, and does not feel crowded. This is a country resort. The environment is very good. There is a parking lot and you can park.

at the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.
