I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

The hotel has a good location in Glenelg close to the strip of restaurants on Jetty Road, the waterfront and the Ferris Wheel. We had a room on the 1st floor but it had a good view of the trees and the road in front. Our experience in Glenelg was marred by the numerous flies in the area that kept bothering us as we walked around the parks and waterways in the area. We also had a slight misunderstanding whereby although the hotel had agreed to a late checkout at the time of checking in, this was not documented and the cleaning crew came knocking on our door and asking us to go to the Reception to sort out the issue.

A little bit far from city, but cheaper than those hotels in city, worth staying

The hotel is only 200 meters from the shopping center and is super convenient. The room is well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast I had in my room was delicious. We live in a townhouse with an extra large double bed and another room with two single beds. Parking is convenient and no money. There is also a swimming pool in the yard. satisfaction!

Facilities: Not bad, average Hygiene: Not bad Environment: OK Service: OK If the front desk is not 24 hours, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It's all OK. No major flaws. The price is also reasonable.

Stayed for several nights in a row. It is the best choice if you are on a business trip. There are supermarkets and many restaurants next to the hotel. The boss is Chinese, can speak Mandarin, and has a very good service attitude. He can help guests solve many problems.

The room and bathroom was clean and made. Fresh towels and crisp linen. This was more than fine for my 1 night stay.

The ladies at reception were very helpful. When a ceiling light didn't work, an external electrician was immediately called to fix the problem.

Location was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around  pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.
