Stayed here for the Easter long weekend, to say the least it was an amazing stay. Great location and awesome service.

Staff are rude

It's a bit cold in winter, and the electric blanket feels a bit strange

The hotel was clean, well located and the breakfast was delicious.

Little disappointed as I’d asked to be away from the lift and we were the room closest to the lift However the rooms must be soundproof as we couldn’t hear anything

We really enjoyed our stay at the Majestic, everyone was very accommodating, and the location was excellent for a short trip to the city center. The room had a great bathtub, and we both really enjoyed breakfast the day we had it there. The restaurant was closed for dinner during the time we stayed (this may change in the future so worth checking ahead). Will absolutely stay again the next time we are in the city.

Romm was supposed to have a balcony but it was a small enclosed room with no furniture. Also ordered a pizza from room service and they informed me that it was already prepared and they would heat it up and bring it straight up. It took over an hour to get it to me.

The Majestic Roof Garden was an excellent base for a stay in Adelaide. Spacious, really well equipped, comfortable room (1st floor) and literally just round the corner from Rundle Street. Even the airport bus stop was less than 5 minutes walk away. So why not 5* rating? Really, some disappointment from the name, which had drawn us to the hotel. Yes, there is a quite pleasant roof “garden” but no bar up there (unless, perhaps, you book it for a private function). After a long day’s journey was looking forward to an evening beer in the roof garden, so really disappointed to find couldn’t have one. Indeed, during our 3 night stay there was no operating bar at all in the hotel (nor evening restaurant). Yes, there were many bars and restaurants in the immediate area but that’s not always what you want. This issue aside though this was a really good, reasonably priced, base for our Adelaide trip. Be aware of the above and you won’t be disappointed.

Great location near Rundle mall and more restaurants than you could eat at in a month. Pickup at hotel for some tours. Modern bathroom Good breakfast Would definitely recommend

Online I had saw there was a pool, I got there and there wasn’t. Can’t get refunded. I am 30 weeks pregnant and it was the only reason I booked the hotel. Had to pay extra for a porticot to be unfolded in my room… front desk Never answered their phone, I had to call via internet on phone. Boogers and weird poo like stains on sheets and walls, got sick off room service pizza.

Lovely property. Our bed was comfy, room cleaned daily and staff was helpful and courteous.

One night for a Christmas function in the city. We always go here and it never ceases to impress Highly recommended
