It’s a top hotel in the town. Room is spacious with spectacular view. Services and food are excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, I would recommend to try the beef with aged soya sauce.

入住體驗感非常差，除了公共的環境之外，房間勝價比不好，價格超貴，與網上圖片不相符，由於人還在歐洲旅行，回國找攜程算賬！1:不知道為什麼訂的時候明明例清楚人數和一名小童，為什麼到店説小童必須加床收費，酒店送了一張寶寶床，根本用不着、費用又增加了，早餐又補了一位，這個不重要 ，最重要的是景色與實景不相符！氣**！

酒店環境都非常不錯，風景也很震撼，但是唯一的不足就是當天温泉的人太多了。酒店前台服務感覺沒有特別的好，但是房間非常乾淨舒適，床上用品也非常好，晚餐早餐也很豐富。沒有小紅書吹的那麼魔幻，建議不是自駕的人不要輕易訂，離景區都比較遠。

這個酒店真的很讓人無語🙄️，全程被坑！！！首先我們是11月26號晚上大概7:00左右入住chick in 的，然後那個人就説我們有三筆預訂，但是我衹在攜程上做了一筆預訂，然後他説，由於我們有三筆預訂，另外兩個預訂去掉，還要説要收費，然後我跟我同學就在前台那邊據理力爭，我們衹做了一個預訂。然後那個男的就沒有説話了。
更可惡的是，我們衹有28號和29號喝了兩瓶可樂➕一瓶香檳，還有兩代堅果，結果他們不分青紅皂白，也沒有去調查一下，就按照每天全套mini bar 的補給給我扣款了，找到攜程平台，她們去找酒店理論，酒店發回來的照片，我都他媽標記了那個啤酒沒有開封，好好的呀，結果這個酒店發給我的賬單還有啤酒的費用，就是按照每天mini bar 全部消費的來算……攜程平台很積極在解決這個事情，她們補給我了一半的費用。（圖4到圖7），啤酒我都標記了沒有開封，給我的賬單居然還扣我的錢，氣**😡，跟他們交涉，他們就是裝傻充愣。
最後，沒有經過我的同意授權我的信用卡，導致我後面兩次扣款根本就是懵的……就是黑店的，我在國內我就報警了～～～就知道欺負中國人嘛？
