"Very good location. Arrival/check-in was cumbersome. Staff costs are passed on to the guest, who is apparently a hotel employee. Unnecessary collection of the second guest's personal data – why? The car lift takes a very long time, resulting in queues on the day of departure. Breakfast was abysmal: too few (very helpful and friendly) staff, the buffet chronically empty, and the "scrambled egg machine" was an exceptionally stupid idea (inefficient, complicated, and unhygienic. Guests are expected to help out here too, cleaning the machine after use with a wet cloth provided next to it...). A thermos of coffee is included with breakfast, but all other coffees must be purchased at the bar. The hotel isn't so cheap that one would want to put up with that. The room was clean and functional, which was acceptable."

"This hotel is absolutely in vain. They use internet celebrity ads to attract guests, but in fact, the service and hygiene are very poor. After we checked in, we found two curly hairs stuck in the small towel. I went out in the morning to request cleaning, and when I came back in the evening, I found that only the bed was made, the half glass of water on the table was not touched and the drinking water was not refilled. When I opened the bathroom, I found that the towels and bath towels were not washed. If they don't improve it, not only will I not come back, but I will also advise everyone not to come again."

"This was my second time in this Hotel, and again We loved it. This hotel is amazing. We live the home furnishing details, the nice design, fantastic use of materials, cosy, modern and contemporary. The Rooms are fantastic in every detail, nice furniture, good beds, and amazing views on Adelboden and surrounding. The staff i very friendly and helpful in everything. They very much appreciated we visit them again. The halfboard is in one word “excellent” every day the menu de jour gives many dishes to choose from. A very nice spa, swimming pool and outdoor salt water pool 34c nice and warm to enjoy the view. Several saunas and rest areas. We had a fantastic stay and will come back definitely."

Firstly, the **parking guidance** was inadequate, leading to confusion and a significant delay in finding the parking garage. The hotel should consider providing a detailed map or clearer instructions prior to guests' arrival. The lack of **quiet hours** resulted in disturbances from a noisy group nearby, which particularly affected our family's rest. Despite raising this issue, the **hotel management did not address** our concerns, which was disappointing. We also faced a problem with our **assigned parking spot** being occupied. With no nearby alternatives, we struggled until we located a phone to seek help. This added unnecessary stress to our experience. The hotel's **digital access system** for rooms, while innovative, poses a risk if your phone battery dies. We recommend having a backup plan for such instances. Although the accommodations were **well-equipped**, the location's suitability for families is questionable due to these challenges. A more proactive approach from the hotel management in resolving guest issues could improve the overall experience. In conclusion, while the hotel offers modern amenities, attention to guest concerns and clearer communication are areas needing improvement."
