"We have stayed at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa ＞25 times and are fascinated regardless if it is for a full week or just the weekend. There is always something new to discover: a new hiking path or a biking tour, a new delicious dish added to the Menu, a new cocktail to try at the elegant Bar (particularly attractive in Winter when the real fire is warming your heart & soil), a new cheese to try at the famous Cheese Degustation Friday evenings, new cake to indulge on during the 15:30-17:00 Cakes & Tea time, a new treatment offered at the Spa, etc. It is a wonderful place to relax, recharge the batteries and reconnect with Nature and with oneself. Magical."

"Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate). The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well… It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations."

"A well equipped, well situated apartment for four weary walkers. We had been badly let down by another apartment nearby, who had failed to deliver a key code to us! The desk staff at the Apart Hotel were terrific, quickly getting us in, and setting up a lovely Welcome package of assorted goodies. Thanks to them."

"Breakfast consisted of poor quality products; single portion in plastic, limited selection and not renewed. Spacious and clean room despite outdated equipment and broken blinds. The bedding was okay, but worn. The staff was pleasant."

"My experience at the Steinmattli was very good. Situated in the heart of the village with Mountain View’s to die for. I had a large room on the third floor with a balcony looking out across the valley. The room was large clean and in good order. The bathroom was also well equipped and well maintained. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The food served in the restaurant was also very good quality and well presented. There is a large bar lounge area on the ground floor. Sometimes it was quite difficult to get served at the bar as it was deserted by staff. Although beer prices are very reasonable, Spirit prices I found extortionate at 17 Swiss Francs for a Gin and Tonic and 18 francs for a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc. But Switzerland is an expensive destination. I should also mention the staff who very good, friendly and helpful."
