Hotel is in good location very near to the beach, staff were friendly and no real problems with the room, I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not sure what the food was like but would I stay again, might do but it was a bit of a trek to the room.

Dès notre arrivée, on trouve qu'il n ya pas d'appartement disponible, on nous propose deux studios sachant qu'on est deux adultes et deux enfants un de 10 ans et l'autre de 2 ans. Alors qu'à la réservation on a bien choisi un appartement.
Après 3 nuits il nous trouve enfin un appartement où l'évier est bouché, plusieurs lampes qui ne marchaient pas , beaucoup de cafards.
On réclamait cela chaque jour pour réparation.... Mais rien.
Aucune communication, aucune réactivité.
On a réclamé à la femme de ménage, au agents de la réception à chaque fois, et chaque jours, (sachant qu'on a réservé 10 nuits) et toujours rien.
On a quitté l'hôtel aujourd'hui et rien de cela n'a été réparé.
Service nul.
Propreté zéro
Communication zéro
Et équipements n'en parlant pas.
Je ne le recommande pas.

De mensen die in het hotel werken zijn heel lief en behulpzaam (behalve bij de receptie).
Helaas is het boekingssysteem verouderd, waardoor het voor het personeel onduidelijk lijkt welke kamers vrij en schoon zijn. Wij en vele andere gasten hadden helaas te maken met overboeking. Wij moesten daardoor tijdens ons 5 daagse verblijf 3 maal verhuizen.
De kamers zijn basic, maar in orde. Desgewenst kan er extra schoongemaakt worden, wij kozen ervoor zelf extra schoonmaakmiddelen en toiletpapier te kopen. Er liepen wel veel mieren overal (in alle kamers waar wij geweest zijn).
Ligging is mooi, dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en de promenade langs de kust. Helaas grenzen enkele kamers aan 2 bars/restaurants die tot ca 03:00 zeer luide live muziek spelen. Deze kamers dienen mijns inziens gesloten te worden voor mensen die het hotel bezoeken om ook te slapen. Slapen is in deze kamers onmogelijk.

Accueil très désagréable. Pas de serviettes dans la chambre j'ai du attendre 24h et plusieurs réclamation s. Réception nulle. Chambre vétuste et sale. Porte des WC décalée et impossible à fermer. Robinetterie qui fuit. Porte de placards impossible à fermer. Literie de très très mauvaise qualité. Oreillers affreux. Le lit avait des draps troués. Après réclamation lit rapprochés et fait avec un drap une personne mis en travers donc pas possible de le border aux pieds. Accès à la chambre beaucoup d'escaliers. Aucune indication à la réservation faite sur booking. Petit déjeuner décevant. Un jour pas de viennoiserie. Le lendemain pas de beurre puis pas de confiture. On ne peut que constater les problèmes de cet hôtel qui d'après les directions était en faillite.... comment booking ou d'autres sites de location peuvent proposer une telle horreur à leurs clients. Le seul avantage l'emplacement. Fuyez ne vous arrêtez pas. Il y a d'autres hôtels à Agadir. Je regrette de ne pas avoir consulté les avis avant de réserver. Ça me servira de leçon.
