The hygiene is average, but the food is very good. The hotel service staff are very nice and friendly. Full marks. I have stayed in two hotels, which are Ctrip's top 1 and 2. This one is 2, which is really great. Don't go 1

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days. Could not fault the hotel at all. Great food, great facilities, wonderful and attentive staff. Private beach was amazing and 10mins drive from the souk.

I like tge service in thus hotel, the staff are very friendly this is my first in Morocco and in Iberostar i recommand this hotel. The buffet are varry a lot of choice with the food . The room are really clean and big new towels every time the housekeeping past, We are sowe happy with stay i recommend it

The customer service is good, bedrooms are nice, food is good, 10/10 The staff are really nice it’s by the beach which is good, the activities are good too, would come back again in the summer so overall 10/10 maybe later in the year in July not sure

Hôtel pas mal mais bruyant Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et comme d’habitude les gens sont irrespectueux. Le buffet principal est très très bruyant également. Les mets ne sont pas variés et pas de première qualité Les piscine sont très bien, surtout celle chauffée car le vent refroidit vite les eaux. Le spa et les soins sont bien également. Les animations aussi surtout pour les enfants. L’hôtel est très bien situé en face de la plage privée, il y a des taxis devant en permanence Pour les boissons, leur alcool n’est pas du tout comme en France, ne vous attendez pas â boire du bon vin ou de bons spiritueux.

Très bon séjour en famille. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Les repas proposés sont équilibrés et correspondent à l'attente. Je recommande grandement. La piscine est très bien, chauffée et le animations sont top. Le snack est complet et ce qui est proposé est très bon. Le service de chambre est très bon.
