We booked a room/suite for one night. When we arrived (11:00 p.m.) the beds were not made. They tell us to have dinner and that the room will be cleaned at the same time. At the end of dinner the room was still not ready (12:30 a.m.). Supposedly full, and the hotel no longer has sheets, discussions with the receptionist become *****. No refund possible, the person releases himself from all responsibility. A hell. (We were not the only people in this situation) They finally managed to find us some sets of sheets (brought by a worker). These were disgusting, full of stains and with a strong smell. (2h30). We left in the early morning without being able to sleep. A stay that I don't recommend to anyone!! In addition, no light in the hotel, a nauseating smell in the room, a real paradise... Good luck to the next ones!!

very disappointing by the hotel, dark but clean junior suite on the other hand a towel for 4. it took us at least 4 times and waiting until midnight to have the bed linen for the extra beds. The staff does not make the bed and there was only one duvet for 2 children?? Disastrous breakfast we left to eat elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer since 2018, but I have noticed a significant deterioration of the Borjs Hotel, especially since 2022. The service has lost quality, with fewer staff available, such as the porter. In the rooms, we no longer find little touches like bottles of water and welcome baskets. In addition, foot towels are regularly forgotten, and current toiletries are of lower quality than before. During my last stay, problems were encountered, such as a suspicious mark on the living room bench, the cold side of the faucet not working, and a faulty toilet flush that would not stop. However, these issues are not as concerning as the persistent noise from the bar. Although the noise stops around 1:30 a.m., this makes a peaceful night's sleep impossible, which is particularly problematic for those staying for business purposes. This unfortunate situation led me to make the decision to no longer choose the Borjs Hotel for my future stays. It's sad to see how a once very good hotel (refer to my previous rating of 5*) can deteriorate significantly.

We took a room for 4 nights in the Borjs hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised by the mega warm welcome from the hotel. The hotel staff took great care of us, more precisely Mustapha who made our stay absolutely exceptional!! He was responsible for offering us activities such as quad biking, buggying and jet skiing or even finding us a taxi to the airport. (A big thank you to him) Look no further, the activities offered by the hotel are very complete. Our room was very nice with a wonderful view of the sea (which is a few minutes walk from the hotel) the mountain and the hotel swimming pool. We were able to treat ourselves to a Hammam and massage session for a very reasonable price. The Borjs is a very complete hotel offering a restaurant, a spa and a simply magnificent rooftop with a view of the sea and the mountains for the most party-loving people (excellent cocktails are offered there). I would in no case hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
