Riu Palace Tikida Agadir

Lovely hotel, lovely building and amenities. Although pool area could be cleaned a bit better (couch areas / sitting area) often bird droppings on cushions etc. but still a lovely vibe. Rooms cleaned every day, our room had a bit of a wobbly terrace door handle and our front door was a bit cracked around the magnet bit but apart from a few aged bits was still a lovely room. The food was much the same apart from evenings where they changed certain things. But I found it not to be a problem as there was something for me every time I went up. Bar service good but felt like there wasn’t enough staff at times, large ques formed quite a lot but they were more than happy to bring the drinks to me. (A few trainee’s in for work experience could of done with some more experienced staff to still lend a hand) Entertainment staff were great, from morning to evening you have the guys in and around the pool doing activities. ( Big credit to the 2 boys Samir & Adil, in doing work experience but these 2 were outstanding. Helped make our holiday and I thank you). All staff very welcoming and helpful I would stay back here once renovated to see it again for sure.

A very modern hotel. Great service. Great food. Great surroundings. With my family we enjoyed a great week at the hotel Different age group of children (teenagers ) Good array of good food and service and clean. Swim area is great. Lots of room and sinners for everyone. Right on the beach with side sand and long walks I would totally recommend this hotel and the RIU brand

We have just returned from our week holiday here and we loved it. I was a bit worried initially because we were travelling with our 8 month old and I hadn't seen many reviews on here about staying with children but it was AMAZING!!!! The staff were so lovely with our little boy and everyone made an effort with him. The housekeepers even arranged his toys into a line in his travel cot and made the sheets into a pillow and duvet. The hotel is lovely, always spotless and cleaning constantly. Our room was really spacious with a minibar that was restocked half way through our stay. The pool area was really nice and we never struggled to get a sunbed. However to note the parasol's are in short supply so make sure you bag yourself one if you want one. There was daily aquagym and water polo and the RuiFun team were always around the pool if you needed/wanted anything - super friendly and made an effort to come and say hello. We enjoyed the food. Breakfast and lunch were very similar everyday but we did not have a problem with this as there was lots of variety in an evening. TIP: if you aren't vegetarian make sure you try the chicken pastilla it was delicious. Staff were very courteous and happy to help, service for drinks occasionally slow but that didn't bother us. There isn't much outdoor seating for food but we never struggled to get a table. Apparently the hotel is due to have a renovation over the winter months which will only improve an already excellent hotel. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel, staff are absolutely amazing, they are so kind and helpful and do not miss a beat! The hotel is always kept clean and looks stunning everyday! Have been before and would 100% visit again !
