HAD AN AMAZING HOLIDAY, WOULD ABSOLUTELY GO BACK HERE. HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL AND STAFF ARE AMAZING. I know it’s a long review but this is a very fair opinion of the hotel! ROOMS: Really big rooms! With a bathroom with double sinks (love that), plenty of wardrobe space, huge bed, sofa, table and chairs and a nice big balcony. The rooms have everything you need, including TV, hairdryer, safe, tea & coffee making facilities & a mini fridge which is restocked with water bottles and branded cans of fizzy drinks. The rooms could do with a little update, when you first walk in there is quite an old musty smell, which is down to all the wooden doors in the room. There was a bath with shower overhead in our room but there is no lighting above so it makes it quite dark, it could do with just a walk in shower rather than a bath. (I believe it’s a shower in some rooms). POOLS: The pools are absolutely STUNNING and huge too! There is an indoor pool, and outside there are 2 huge adjoining pools and a small jacuzzi pool. There is a swim up pool bar, with lots of seating around. This isn’t open until summer but the bartenders were more than happy to serve us drinks there anyway. There isn’t a children’s pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of 4 poster cabana sunbeds set within the pool. Reserving beds is definitely an issue even though the hotel has rules against it, people were also “reserving” umbrellas by wrapping bikinis etc around them. The cabana beds are always reserved and always reserved by people who don’t even get in the pool. Sunbeds were reserved by people who were out all day and then turned up to the pool hours and hours later. Although I’m sure if you asked staff to removed these or find you another bed then they would! You do get a towel card per person which you can exchange between 9AM-6PM for fresh towels each day, guests were clearly keeping the towels overnight and putting them down on beds first thing in the morning. FOOD: The best food we have ever had at an all inclusive hotel! Food is available all day long. Breakfast 7.30-10.30, continental breakfast 10.30-12, lunch 12.30-3.30, snacks 3.30-5.30 and dinner 7-10pm! There is so much choice and everything is so well presented (until the guests mess it all up). I am a vegetarian and although there was plenty of vegetarian options, sometimes I did struggle as meat dishes are placed next to veggie ones, and guests use the same tongs and spoons to pick the food up because they can’t be bothered using the designated ones. The signs on the food are not the best and quite a lot of times dishes said they were veggie but I could see meat and fish in them. Or other times dishes would say they had meat in but I couldn’t see any meat in them. A suggestion I would make is to put all of the vegetarian things together and all the meat/fish things together, mainly because of guests, who spill tuna and meat into other dishes when they are picking their food up. The food we had tasted absol
