Terrible experience. I payed quite a lot for a filthy room . They gave me an old room at the check-in, I went to my room and I got stuck in and I got a claustrophobic attack , they changed my room with a room provided of electronic key card , the room was smelly, strong smell of cigarettes, and soooooo dirty . I couldn’t sleep till 23.35 as they had a party at the bar with ridiculously high music , so loud that also the reception said they couldn’t hear anything due to the music being too loud. I slept 1h 30 min in total as I had an early departure , I didn’t eat the breakfast included but I told them in advance I only wanted to sleep and that didn’t happened. I’m gonna repeat it again very filthy room very dirty

The hotel is huge! And as the name would suggest I could see the beach from my room, wee tiny things like sorting the room safe but the staff were very helpful. Toilet and bath room, with a bath, were separate great if there’s more than one of you. Music at night loads going on in the day, I enjoyed it!

Bel Hôtel authentique où nous revenons régulièrement. La décoration traditionnelle nous raconte le Maroc. Le personnel est top...toujours à l'écoute, pour satisfaire la clientèle...Et que dire de l'équipe d'animation !!Bravo à eux! Pour mettre une joyeuse ambiance, au fil de la journée !! Bravo et merci, à Saïd, Toto,et Mouna !!! Il faut venir vivre cette expérience !! Merci à tous!

The food was not nice, at one point, we stopped eating the hotel food even though we had paid for it and went out to buy food. They were reluctant to give us extra towels, There were 4 of us in the family room but they kept giving us 2 towels. Customer service was poor. I will not recommend or be visiting this hotel again!

Tres bon séjour dans ce charmant hôtel, arrivée le 12 et départ le 14 avril 2024 Extrêmement propre et de bon standing. Merci pour L’accueil chaleureux des équipes front desk et restauration, buffet petit déjeuner et dîner varié avec des produits frais, disposition et professionnalisme des serveurs. C’est mon premier séjour en famille à ce magnifique hôtel et il ne sera pas le dernier. Merci au efforts de l’ensemble des équipes sans oublier la direction. A très bientôt. Elhassan Ait Hammou.
