Very friendly welcome. Quiet room, up to standards, clean. We were with our little dog. There was a supplement of 55 drh. We'll come back!

Hello, I will no longer set foot in this hotel because of a security guard. Eh yes ! Sometimes a simple security guard can damage the reputation of an entire establishment. I have always been a loyal customer, but this is intolerable. I wanted to park in the hotel parking lot, but there was a barrier. And when I asked the security guard he told me it was reserved for a hotel van. So, I parked further away, but when I got out of my car, I saw the agent removing the barrier so that a gentleman could park. When I asked him the question, he told me that the gentleman was going to leave the hotel at 4:00 a.m. and that the van would arrive at 6:00 a.m. I left the hotel the next day at 9:30am and the car was still there. I found another security guard in the morning who confirmed to me that this was not the first time a customer had requested this. It's really shameful. It happened on January 23, 2024 around 11:45 p.m. so that the administration knows which agent I am talking about. I have already signed it with the receptionist.

The Mia group took over from the Accor group and it's still going strong. The room is clean, the air conditioner works well, the bedding is good. A very practical hotel with unbeatable value for money.

Only one night spent to return the next day but well placed, correct bedding and secure parking, we will return I think
