not bad. Suitable for travel

I gave 1/5 for the service, I would have preferred to give 0/5, the girls at reception are terrible, mean and unprofessional!!! I was outraged by their welcome and the way they spoke to us and treated us... just one example among many: We arrive at the counter and wait for a person in front of us to finish with them, when this person finishes and leaves we approach the counter (we were just behind the person) and these savages pretend to be working, one traces lines on his notebook while the other pretends to move the mouse on his screen... none of them look up, we look at them we wait we wait 2cm away from them and I promise you that if we don't let's not forget, they don't look at us... then no hello, nor any how can I help you, nor any smile so we are disturbing... and this type of situation was repeated throughout our stay which lasted 14 nights... how can I tell you, I was sick of it… I couldn't wait to leave and we would never set foot there again. As for the hotel in general: very dirty swimming pool, towel not available at the swimming pool, you have to call all the staff to get one, dated room and air conditioning broken for several days in our room… the beds are old and it's it's up to us to make the children's beds in the evening since they sleep on benches... in short, I'm disgusted, I strongly advise against throwing away your money like us... there are a thousand times better

فقط الموقع ممتاز.. هوتيل تعبان محتاج صيانة.. الموظفين ٢ منهم ممتازين والبقية محتاجين تدريب.. النظافة متوسط الحمام من غير ورق التواليت ٣ ايام والشامبو عند الوصول فقط وباقي الايام ما يعطون. المطبخ ميكرويف عطلان غلاية الماء فيها صدّا.الفطور بوفي محدود لدرجة كبيرة والبيض مسموح اثنين فقط للشخص.
