The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything.

Absolutely horrible place. We have been woken up this morning by hammers noise! They are doing some works at the hotel that absolutely don't look as an emergency, without even a notice, nobody to talk to. awful management. Awful and rude!

I booked this Hotel as a walk in,around £25 per night,Upon entering the room ,the fumes of an overpowering chemical was heavy in the air,i thought it was a cleaning chemical,but it might have been bug killer,as later in the day the Bathroom sink was completely covered in small insects. The wifi was nearly impossible to log into,In the morning,i was awoken at 8am with roadworks under my balcony. The showers hot water stopped half way through shower, I found the hotel Dark and dingy, The TV in the room had a good selection of Channels,also was able to watch Netflix,on it as someone in the Hotel Had logged on and was able to watch,on there account. Location is close to port and Cablecar entrance.

Un hôtel confortable et calme ( basse saison ).Literie de bonne qualité, propreté et ménage sérieux . Le quartier est sympa.
Un bon rapport qualité/ prix pour ce mois d'avril 2033. L' appel à la prière est présent mais bref !

Me and my brother stayed there for 2 nights and and we both really enjoyed it.
Aferni hotel is very clean and staff nice and helpful. The location is good as well as the hotel is only a short distance walk to the beach.

I’ve been coming here for years. And, there comes a time where friendship and familiarity cannot compensate for the terrible service, lack of attention and most of all the impossibility of using the Internet in the building. Can you you imagine no guest could ge5 on the internet with constant error messages! 12 days with no internet in the room unless I pushed the bed next to the door! I would not recommend this hotel.basic requests, such as a cup of coffee are often impossible to fulfill because nobody has the key to the coffee machine. I could not use Internet in my room for 12 days because of some technical issue. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it was a one off having uses the hotel for so many years if itwere not for the total “ couldn’t care less attitude of most of the staff. The cleaning team are great .

Bon hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage, lobby avec de nombreux salons typiques marocains très agréables, surtout pour la wifi, seul endroit où elle est vraiment accessible... Petite piscine sur le côté avec bar sans alcool. Chambre très honnête avec balcon pour ma part, mais ce n'est pas le cas de toutes, grande salle de bain avec douche, chaises et table sur le balcon, manque par contre un frigo qui serait le bienvenu ! Petit déjeuner inclus en buffet, certes modeste mais suffisant. Au final bonne option à prix raisonnable hors saison.
