The hotel is so magnificent… (the location, decoration..) It’s a shame that the employees are so unpleasant when asked for information, especially those at reception. The night of December 1st we went to reception to check in, the welcome was so poor!!! Limit we disturb them with our presence... (first shock...). We paid all inclusive… arrived in the room, the fridge empty.. and above all no water in the room!!! (2nd shock) We called the reception, we were told that we had to pay the option at not what to be able to benefit from the drinks. We will still ask for water at reception because I have to take medicine and the (3rd shock) we are just given a small 33 cl bottle (equivalent to 1 glass of water) for two people. (always of course with a look < damn you’re pissing us off >). Regarding room cleaning: The cleaning ladies are very smiling, very pleasant BUT!! The cleanliness of the rooms is not so good!! Especially the toilets and the bathroom, Lots of stains on the tiles on the walls and the floor should be vacuumed before washing because there is a lot of dirt and hair on the edges. Restaurant variety and average tasting. There are two or three waiters in the restaurant who make comments to you when you ask them for extra water. Spa: very smiling staff but the services are average. Conclusion: The architecture of the hotel is top notch, the exterior is very well maintained, the paths, the lawn etc… The main problem is (maybe not all of course) the employee service..

Couldn't sleep for the noise of the nightclub and ****** next door. It was truly horrific. Opens at 2am and supposedly closes at 5am but it didn't. Fights, horns beeping away. Absolutely awful. Saturday night was especially loud and went on until 7.30am on Sunday. After a few heated conversations with the receptionist, over two nights, finally moved rooms and it was still no better. Spotlessly clean rooms, broken tiles, needs a lot of upkeep. But for the price, we couldn't complain about the basics. Lovely staff and ok ish food. But the noise was deafening. We would not return as we like to relax whilst on our holiday and we didn't sleep.

The big downside of this hotel is the noise! However, I sent an email to the hotel in advance explaining that I was sensitive to noise. We slept at Riad 4 which overlooks the restaurant terrace. Individuals (group of 24) hang out until late. Impossible to sleep before 1:00 a.m. Security passes after your calls but calm does not return immediately. One night at 1:30 a.m. the hotel staff cleaned the pool terrace with a karcher and moved the large metal trash cans by dragging them…. I thought I was going crazy. The room is small for three, no storage space for belongings, no toilet brush, no shower…. Too bad because this hotel has potential: the gardens are very pretty, the catering is good and everything is there for various and varied activities, ping pong, tennis, football, basketball, swimming pool, spa… I do not recommend the massages offered by Tui outside the hotel. Of course it’s cheaper than the hotel spa but we quickly understand why. The travel pillows on which your head is placed smell, the towels at the end of the massage are folded up and used for the following ones. The masseuses whisper among themselves, the door opens and 2 hours of massage turns into 1h30 including 30 minutes on the feet... Finally, I recommend Samia Tours Ali Baba for excursions. Our driver Mahfoud has transformed into a very pleasant guide who tells you the history of Agadir and is a wealth of information with a smile 😘

Very pleasant family vacation the hotel is huge without getting lost we had a wonderful vacation having young children having Abdel and Karim as lifeguards was a huge plus they are really professional and rigorous in their work and so adorable with the children. We ate the best omelettes thanks to Souad who is by far a chef. The animation in English is a plus I find it allows the foreigner to integrate. The children can't wait to come back Dedication to Oussama who is the sun of the hotel ☺️Ali and mimics the artistic touch Abdel and Yassin very touching and Houda the bar waitress always smiling and beaming ☺️See you soon inshaAllah

We spent a week all-in with the family. It was very pleasant. The hotel gardens are very beautiful. The rooms are a little old, but remain clean and functional. The main swimming pool is heated, spacious and pleasant. The children enjoyed the slides and games (located on the other side of the hotel gardens and not heated). Concerning the catering: excellent breakfast and varied buffet in the evening (less at lunchtime, but when you have a good breakfast it's not a big deal). The all-in formula cocktails are not exceptional but the rosé wine is very good. The staff is generally welcoming, and the entertainment team is great, especially with the children! The shows offered in the evening are also nice (special mention to the host who does the choreography and who amazed us with some Mickaël Jackson!). Negative points: it resonates a lot in the riads, some nights are noisy depending on the riad you are in (horns, music) and smells of sewage sometimes all day around the swimming pool, which breaks the heavenly side a little. of the hotel. Concerning excursions, we used the taxis which wait in front of the hotel: sometimes 3 times cheaper than the hotel excursions and very good advice. We recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, staff were all amazing, big shout out to the Moroccan animation team, Mido and Ali made our holiday, brilliant friends for life, also the pool guys couldn’t do enough, so sad that the Tui animation team only spoke in French so evening entertainment shows we could not understand so did not go, apart from that fabulous 😘
