stuff > polite
support > great, when we complained about the water problem, they changed the room the next morning. Infrastructure > not good. The tape water at the bathroom or wash basin was red iron water.

Very good hotel. Behaviour of all staffs are good. Food quality is good. Rooms and toilet are clean. All the linens are clean.

It was a good trip in Agartala staying at Welcome Palace. Environment of the room is good. Staffs are really amazing. I must say the breakfast. Delicious food.

Hotel centrally located at agartala. Quality of food is good and staffs are well behaved.

Stayed in room no. 413. The room was okay but full of mosquito. The washroom was big but the bucket and water faucet/ hand jet was very very dirty. I am not sure if they change the bed sheet and pillow cover after every stay. Room rating 6. 5/10. This review is for room no 413 only. Other rooms or the whole hotel may not be judged.

Firstly the room wasn't clean the towels, cups, bedsheet, pillows were dirty. The freezer was not working and we had to tell them quite a lot of times to fix it, the tv wasn't working and after complaining they fixed it but it was still causing issues. The mattress was hard and not comfortable at all. The room was very dull and shady. The view from the window was terrible. The steward was disturbing us at late hours for tip which was very uncomfortable. Had a terrible experience after paying approximately 8k for three nights.
