"I booked the hotel two days earlier and already paid the bill. But on reaching the hotel to my great surprise the receptionist told me that there is no room available. How on earth it is possible like that?my belief in make my trip is finished. It destroyed the trip. They offered me stay on another low budget hotel than night and shifted me in their hotel next day. It is really disgusting. Kindly look into it."
