Hotel Rimi International

Excellent room , wonderful food . I am allergic to chilly and garlic so every day fresh food was prepared by the chef for me. Very good and helpful staff. I would like to stay here again and again. Nice .Thank you Debashis and the whole hotel team.

We stayed at the excellency rooms which were big sized ones and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Hot water was available throughout. The restaurant has a good menu and service was good. However the bathroom drains were getting clogged very frequently. No non-smoking rooms and hence the rooms smell of smoke which is an inconvenience for families with kids. Location was convenient. Breakfast buffet spread was also quite decent. Cannot be compared with other big hotel chains in larger cities for the same price though.

Arguably, One of the best hotels in Agartala. Amazing staff, the rooms are clean with promt service available. Food is of amazing quality ***** with a variety of choices. Hygiene is on point and all the staff can be always seen wearing masks. Sanitizers are availabe at every location. Value for money in terms of comfort and hospitality. A strong recommendation for this place( Rimi International). Special mention to Mr. Prasenjit Konar(Front office ***ager) and Mr. Arjun, (Head chef) who know to take the best care of the guests.

Cons . Frighfully expensive , one can of 300 ml thums up of 40/- is charged 173 in the hotel , ordered chili chicken , served with lot of salt and had to neutralise with vineagar. Tandoor roti per psc. 95/- , fulka 2 psc 85/- . Pros . Staffs are other wise good , polite , eg Ms Barnali . Property is clean , new , staff are till now polite , seems to be good , Ms Barnali at reception is smiling and courteous .
