The front desk was friendly, the room was bigger than I expected, very clean, the breakfast was special, and the swimming pool was beautiful

Schlafen konnten wir wie im Himmel. Die Kissen und das Bett waren hervorragend. Die Klimaanlage sehr leise. Das Personal war freundlich. Es könnten kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend.

The hotel is truly fantastic in many respects: extremely pleasant and relaxing rooms, both in the comforts available and in the furnishings, sufficiently spacious, bright, comfortable (especially the bed). Hall also tastefully furnished and relaxing. The breakfast room is also very nice, with the possibility of having breakfast on the outdoor terrace. Very kind and helpful staff, they proved invaluable in giving us useful information to best visit the island. A stone's throw from the hotel there is a bakery that also sells bus tickets: the stop just outside the hotel entrance is in the direction of the port, the one a little further on is in the direction of the beaches; you will have no difficulty finding your way. The only sore point: I don't know what material the shower curtains are made of, but it is certainly not water-repellent, because with every shower the water oozed from the curtains, flooding the bathroom and running along the bed, making the floor very slippery and, as you can imagine, very dangerous, as there is also a step between the bathroom and the bed, moreover. I reported this to the staff, who initially thought that the curtain was positioned outside the tub and not inside, but then evidently understood that the problem was not this but rather the fabric of the curtain, as I had pointed out from the beginning. . I hope they do something to remedy this potentially dangerous situation: try to imagine if there had been an elderly couple in our place.... However, I don't feel like giving a negative review for this detail, because if I'm honest , I think this was one of the best properties of our entire trip to Greece, we were really blown away by it, right from the start, and if we ever return to Naxos, I would love to come back here. Highly recommended!
