The hotel service is OK, and the attitude is good. Help with luggage, free parking, valet parking. The hotel is large, with many rooms, beautiful outdoor environment, but the room is not big. The balcony near the seaside can see the sunrise and sunset, which is very beautiful, and of course you can also listen to the sound of the waves all night. Iam Hilton honor membership silver , that why I booked this hotel Isla , I booked 2 nights from 21-23 September, I called for booked transportation from Athens airport , then reception man confirmed the reservation via what’s up , on Sunday morning 22-9-2024 I arrived and the driver for transportation his not speak english , so I used google translate I asked I will pay for transportation at the hotel ,he said yes I thought they have concierge same as Hilton hotels around the world or free shuttle bus . Once reached the hotel gate , he asked me to pay him he didn’t even open doors car or carry the luggage outside the car . I don’t like the way I asked him to follow me to the hotel to pay him there , so I asked the receptionist lady if I pay him or concierge , she answered with extremely rude way with high tone voice( pay the driver , )I told her I thought I will pay via credit card in hotel or concierge , again she answered rude way , this incident on Sunday 22-9-2024@ 9:10!am , same rudeness way from another receptionist lady when I checked out on Monday 23-9-2924 @11:11 am when I gave her cards for check out she Said oh okay you must pay 10 euros , I asked what for ? She said is for i booked from 21-9 but didn’t checked in I checked on Sunday 22-9-2024 so I told her the hotel already charged me and deducted full amount with tax I have receipt in the email , she raised her voice un Respected way this to claim the tax 10 euros, very rude reception staff I remembered both of them are friends because the day before I’ve seen them the 1st receptionist were talked to her friend 2nd receptionist and look at me laughing in Greek language once I passed in the lobby and they are walking . Hôtel à éviter, sauf si cela ne vous dérange pas d’être pris en otage par de multiples animations tels qu’un mariage bruyant de 3 jours avec musique de 90 décibels jours et nuit ! Séminaires d’entreprises ou bar-mitsva bruyante et détritus laissé un peu partout sur la plage après leur passage. Une honte je n’ai jamais vu un tel manque de considération pour les vacanciers, services déplorables a déconseillé vivement !

Quoi dire???a notre arrivée un endroit paradisiaque.👏par la suite un enfer je suis revenu plus fatigué qu à mon arrivée.moi et ma compagne avons subi je dis bien subi un enfer israélien.une barmiidva qui a durait 3 jours et un mariage 3 jours et nuits.musique trop forte alcool a fond et musique nuit et jour.petites anecdotes: 4h du matin un Israélien en détresse problème, problème,dit il on arrive dans la chambre et là il nous explique que c est Chabbat et qu il faut lui éteindre la lumière car ça lui est impossible.c est Chabbat !!!! Nuit prochaine 3h du matin ça frappe a notre porte Angela, Angela, bourré et fatigué par ça soirée ce cher Israélien a fait toutes les portes de l étage.une catastrophe surnaturelle .la nuit de dimanche à lundi ils ont fini sur le toit de l hôtel avec DJ jusqu'à 9h du matin.certes cette chaîne d hôtel appartient a des Israélien mais ce n est pas une raison de subir nos vacances. Par où commencer…on peut facilement s’y perdre. Peut-être par une année d’épargne pour pouvoir se payer des vacances en famille et profiter, surtout étant donné du prix on est loin de s’imaginer qu’on va passer des vacances catastrophiques. Joli cadre certes, mais accueil déplorable, hôtel sale, personnel pas sympathique..de plus nous avons réservé avec FRAM pour avoir des animations, pour avoir au final un seul « animateur » et se demander si il n’était pas en vacances avec nous. Le planning n’est pas respecté, il ne se passe rien de toute la journée, comme si il ne fallait pas s’amuser pour ne pas abimer le cadre magnifique de l’hôtel. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas envie qu’on soit là, ils préfèrent les clients qui payent sur le tas sauf que le voyage on l’a pas volé. Le ménage n’est pas fait dans les chambres, et c’est très sale. Avoir une banquette en guise de troisième lit est plus que moyen pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Enfin bref des vacances qu’on ne recommande absolument pas. L’hôtel est joli sur les photos mais on ne vous montre pas les chiens errants et le paysage sale juste en bas de celui ci. Conclusion : ce voyage est du vol et hormis le prix, l’hôtel et l’organisme choisi sont à fuir.

hotel pas propre et sans animation pas du tout méritant des 4 étoiles annoncés. Les chambres sont sales et très bruiantes côtés rues (aboiement de chiens jours et nuits) chambre de trois avec une méridienne trop petite sale et surtout dure pour pouvoir y dormir. Le restaurant avec des sets de table en plastique sale avant le repas, service très long surtout pour les all inclusive FRAM. Pas d'animation et bain de soleil sale avec des détritus au sol. Hotel très jolie mais d'un ennuie incroyable, on a vraiment l'impression de déranger et que tout est fait pour te faire comprendre que tu n'es pas le bienvenu avec une différence de traitement flagrant avec les bracelet noirs. Énorme déception pour un voyage à 8800 euros pour 6 personnes.
