"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Inn and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel offers a stunning view along the river, providing a peaceful and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the accessibility of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to navigate and explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend the Riverside Inn for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful setting with top-notch service."
"It was ok. The only thing that they need to improve are the toilet and breakfast options. Toilet has stain and it doesn’t look neat. Other than that it was a good stay."
"The front desk of the hotel is Indian, called Lucky, and it makes me very Lucky. Because of my mistake, I decided to stay in the 30th. As a result, I arrived at the 29th. I was very contacted by Ctrip, booking, with the help of Lucky. Changed to check in on the 29th, and upgraded to a family room for free, thank you for your contribution..."
"The room and the environment is good, the receptionist seemed to be quite tired and poker face, maybe upset about her boss' arrangement that put her on duty at Christmas."
"The hotel is in a prime location, the front desk service is standard, the room is clean and sanitary, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided, there is a microwave and refrigerator, a rich breakfast, and free parking."
"Passing by Canlupus, the hotel is right next to the highway, there are many ultrasonic restaurants around, and it is very convenient to replenish supplies. The motel facilities are a bit rudimentary, but the kitchen facilities are very thoughtful, and there is a swimming pool. There are almost all of them, very intimate."
"Service: Self-driving with children from Vancouver to Banff, with one night’s rest in transit
I checked in at the front desk and struggled for more than an hour at 7:30 in the evening. The reason was that the hotel did not recognize my visa card as a credit card (there was no chip, so I could only swipe a magnetic stripe card), and domestic Unipay could not be used.
The front desk asked my friend in Nanaimo to send me a credit card or ask the supplier to change hotels for me.
Finally, with the efforts of Ctrip and the supplier, we reached an agreement with the hotel owner + front desk and allowed me to use the visa card.
Hygiene: Relatively clean and tidy. It meets the standards of a motel. It is suitable for resting. The bedding is relatively comfortable for sleeping.
Facilities: The air cooler is very noisy and needs to be turned off at night
Environment: There is a small outdoor swimming pool. Some children were playing when we arrived. It is very convenient for fast food and gas nearby.
Friends who start here or go to Banff via here must fill up the tank. If I remember correctly, the next gas station is more than 200 kilometers away."
"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was convenient to buy everything around, there was a paid laundry room, and you could barbecue, but there was no kettle and all disposable items, so you have to bring your own."
"The hotel is very cost-effective. The kitchen has an induction cooker, which is very useful. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and responsible. Very comfortable stay."

Very Good
IihugThe hotel is very general, the inn is only the way, do not have too high expectations, linked to the price, the law is only normal. Ignored a problem when booking, that is too close to the high speed, but the car is not a lot at night, the big car is generally on the road earlier, it is very tired, it is the background music.
BBernardLVHLove this hotel. It gets all the basics right.
Nice spacious (King) room. Modern, clean and quiet.
And decent parking spaces unlike other hotels in the area.
AAnonymous UserFront desk person was welcoming and friendly. The room was mostly clean but bedsheets had small stains and didn’t seem to be washed. Train is close by and can be heard whenever it rolls by. The bed wasn’t terrible but it definitely needed replacement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if you’re on a budget like we are.
XXINLANCalculating the surrounding price is relatively cheap. A twin room was set up and the faucet was found to be bad after check-in. The family suite with a kitchen (one big one small two beds + one sofa bed) was upgraded free of charge. The decoration is relatively old, and the price can't ask too much. Family room kitchen pot is less, a pan + a soup pot, if you want to open your own, you can only cook a noodle. Breakfast is very simple, bread, milk, yogurt, muffins, cakes, jams, butter, that's all. There is a supermarket opposite, it is very convenient to buy things.
SShaun7heSheepAcceptable for this price! Also, on the booking site (Trip.com) states that breakfast is included, which is wrong. The hotel manager told me that they stop providing breakfast since 2013. Please update your options on booking site.
GGuest UserConvenient location, room was clean and renovated with new floors. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
Patio door overlooked spectacular views of Kamloops
