Very bad. In the middle of the check-in, a person did not knock on the door and directly swiped his card to come in twice. Once in bed, once in the shower. I went to the front desk and asked that it was their boss, and it wasn't the first time that they had done this. They couldn't do anything about him either. ******, you must not come to live here.
