La atención del personal muy agradable, sin embargo el baño de la habitación con áreas de oportunidad;
El lavamanos estaba tapado (el agua se quedaba estancada, mi esposo lo destapó)
El agua de la regadera salían chorros en varias direcciones y de repente salía fría luego caliente mientras permanecía abierta la llave.

I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Personal muy amable. Restaurante muy bueno. En general pase muy buena estancia. Lo recomiendo.
