I travel all over America and stay in hotels. I can tell you that when I got to this Marriot, Jairo did whatever it took to make me feel like I was at home. We were able to get away for a bit after our business meetings and the bar staff Marco, Oscar and Ismael made us the best drinks ever. The staff was amazing and tentative. I would recommended this hotel for any traveling for leisure or business. One of the best stays I have had in a long time.

There are many types of breakfast, and the service staff is very good, but the room is a bit small, the surrounding environment is OK, it is very convenient to be close to the airport, and parking is very convenient with parking lots

Very good choice next to the main square with easy access to most downtown attractions. Our double room, while dated, was large and comfortable. We had hot water and good wifi our entire three-night stay. My main ding was a little louvre window placed at the top of the big room window that would not close entirely, so street noise could be heard during daytime (not an issue at night). There was a large room safe, but it wasn't bolted down and the room closet door was a little difficult to open all the way. Breakfast was very good and food items changed daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for the price.

Excellent hotel to visit Aguascalientes. The facilities are in very good condition, all the hotel very clean, excellent areas of co-existence and rest. The rooms with double beds are a little small in space but have good equipment, board, butter, safe, hair dryer, excellent bathroom area, good finished and general environment. The accommodations looked like the photos. The layout and furnishings in the room were in excellent condition. Everything worked fine, which is unusual for any hotel. No hot water issues. The added bonus was a full buffet breakfast and room service later that evening. The food was above average. The staff was very friendly. Also the taxi service was on time for our pickup to return to the airport. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

1- en la entrada tienen gel pero no hay nadie ahí, nadie toma la temperatura como en Fiesta Americana por ejemplo, solo está de adorno, nadie respeta la entrada, cuando llegué había como 40 jugadores de fútbol y entrenadores en el lobby amontonados, varios sin tapabocas y el gerente sin hacer nada al respecto. Nadie hace que se cumplan la normas. 2.- Los alimentos del desayuno son un riesgo, siguen poniendo los platos de fruta y los jugos sin protección alguna y al aire en la zona de buffet. Nuevamente el gerente brilla por su capacidad de control y empatía a una situación de riesgo. 3.- habitación limpia pero no da seguridad ni confianza, no se siente la desinfección, yo dudo que exista. Deberían en verdad rentar habitaciones en otros hoteles para que vean la diferencia, huele y se ve la desinfección. Quiten la alfombra por Dios, o lávenla por lo menos. Una almohada ya no olía bien. 4.- siguen llevándote el servicio a habitación en charola. En otros hoteles desde la cocina te empacan y sellan la comida y te la mandan con cubiertos desechables y servilletas de papel en una bolsa de papel engrapada. Parece para llevar pero te da una absoluta sensación de tranquilidad. 5- parece que las restricciones por COVID aquí las toman a juego. 6- cama cómoda pero, por lo menos en la 607 ya se siente la huella del tiempo en lado del buró se siente la curvita que la gente vamos dejando; internet bueno, regadera genial, no me atreví a poner nada en las superficies sin un trozo de papel higiénico debajo. 7.- el desayuno ayer buenísimo, hoy espantoso, ¿la respuesta del mesero? Hay otra persona en la cocina. O sea que es otra falla de la gerencia. No unifican la calidad ni la cantidad. En verdad hoy fué tristísimo y no iba a tomar fruta de los platos del bufete. 8- El día que llegué (12 Ags) y que estaban los futbolistas (cuando se fueron los 40 nadie desinfectó los sillones del lobby) me consta, pero el caso es que solo había una señorita en frontdesk, atendiendo las salidas de los jugadores, yo esperaba solo en la otra ventana del front, salió el gerente de la oficina, me vio solo esperando y se volvió a meter en su oficina. Quizá para el era más importante su seguridad que atenderme o evitar la terrible escena en el lobby. 9- viajo constantemente, pero mientras esto dure jamás regresaré a un Holiday inn.
