First of all the behaviour of the people right from top to bottom is very rude. They brought an extra mattress to the room and handed over the bedsheet to us for making the bed. Extra mattress was just like train berth. Overall hopeless. Would never recommend anyone

It was very bad experience. Staff was not supportive at all. They were not understanding the situations. They didn't even try to solve our problem, I will never recommend this hotel to stay I had a worst experience with this hotel, i suggest them to understand the customer situation as well

Nice to stay there but room are small and need improvement in cleaning. Staff are gud n helpful. Size of room small need improvement in tideness in the room. Location of the hotel is gud quality of food is gud. Need to improvement in the pricing

We stayed for a day there. The staff at the reception are useless and make you feel unwelcome. There is no staff to assist with luggage to and from your rooms. We had booked 2 rooms. Oneof them had a dirty toilet with hair and toilet stains. It claims to be a 4star but services are no better than a 2 star. The interiors are good. The food at the restaurant is good, tasty. Breakfast spread was ok. But no place to sit n eat. Not properly managed property. Location is good.

First of all receptionist is not good. Then don’t care your need even don’t pay the heed to your words. They just give you keys and you need to search the room and take your belongings himself. Room is looks big in photo but actually too small ( gold category specifically. There is no window to view outside. Glass is there but it’s not transparent so you feel like staying in the basement type. Food is a bit good but menu they don’t change. If you are staying for long the kindly don’t book their meal plan. You will get bore by having the same food daily. Overall price and service is just not justifiable.
