Hotel Balaji Villa

No food was available in hotel Tea also after 5 pm Toilet was dirty Chair in room were very low not comfortable to sit

The shower was not working, they have not provided a sealed bottle of mineral water initially, breakfast was avg.

No cups for tea was available. Room was smelly and filthy. Windows were unsafe and not hinged properly. Breakfast facility was not available. Room service is pathetic. Toiletries were not provided. No parking is available. No staff to carry the luggage to room. No facility was there during night hours. *** at the reception counter was rude. No mineral water was provided. Crockery used was not washed properly.

It is the best hotel with prime location. Just front of the maninagar railway station and bus stand. Rooms are also very good and staff behaviour is also superb.

We stayed during india- pakistan match and still it was affordable. It's nearby maninagar railway station road and was on main road only. They provided early check in to us and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was provided in room and it was good. Just need to improve on one thing - there is one big window in the room which has no grill. Rest everything was smooth

The staff was very supportive. The room was clean but toiletries and other amenities should be made available for customers

I stayed for 2 days. The hotel is nice but need to improve in maintenance. Location of hotel is very good.

I’ve reached early to the hotel and asked them for a early check in and the have provided a room without additional charges

Nice location for connectivity like brats sued stand where we can access to all the location food is amazing and serai we are excellent
