I communicated by phone call to the hotel that I would not arriving on the 6th but rather on the 7th of July as I had other engagements that required me to push my flight. I arrived at the facility on the 7th and to my dismay I was informed that I had a booking for only one night. A staff came into my room in the morning to inform me that I was not supposed to be in the room,which extremely infuriated me and I was left with no option but to leave the room. I write this; 1. To seek a refund for my funds already taken from my account. 2. To express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service.
