Hotel front line staff are worst. First they want extra payments for my early check-in hotel. When i drop the idea for early checkin. Then hotel staff including hotel ***ager charged rs. 1200- extra for my child two days food besides my hotel booking amount paid by me earlier. Even the make my executive sh. Pradeep, ranveer and khushi have done nothing from make my trip and only compelled me to pay rs. 1200-extra to hotel staff.

poor service, AC was leaking, wash basin was broken, shower wasn't working, room was like OYO. My train got late for 6 hours and we asked for another booking for sometime but they didn't even offer discount

The place was no where close to the pictures uploaded. It was in a terrible and dilapidated condition. Food was also not good. Hated the stay here. It was depressing

Room was not appropriate as per the photos shown toilet and room was not properly clean no intercom for communication ac was not working in the room. They should improve on there assets and interior in the rooms it wud help them to grow up
