"Extremely Disappointing Experience – After Four Continuous Years of Visiting I have been continuously visiting Rawai Luxury Tents, Pushkar for the last four years and have always had a good impression of the property. Unfortunately, my last two visits in July and August were extremely disappointing, mainly because of the behaviour of a staff member, Leher Singh. The language, tone and manner in which Leher Singh spoke to me were extremely rude, disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality property. As a returning guest who had visited continuously for four years, I expected much better treatment. I also own a travel agency and have personally recommended Rawai to many of my clients and contacts. However, after my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this property with confidence. This was my last visit and the last time I will recommend Rawai to anyone. The management seriously needs to look into staff behaviour and guest handling. A luxury property is not defined only by its tents and facilities—respectful and professional treatment of guests matters just as much. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately."

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent — the staff was polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The food was delicious with great taste and quality. The ambience is calm, elegant, and gives a homely feeling. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. They also have a sports/game room, which was a great addition and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we truly felt like we were staying at home. Highly recommended for families and couples visiting Pushkar."
