This hotel in dargah bazaar is beautiful, the staff is very kind and helpful. It is very close to dargah as well, the food is tasty, They have all the necessary facilities in the hotel overall excellent stay

Disgusting and third grade hotel. Reason(s) For every basic amenities (toiletries and towel)you need to call on reception and ask them. They will not provide anything in a complementary. They will charge for room rent you as per there wish. As per third party app the charges are very low. They will add unnecessary charges on the food bill which you haven't ordered. So please check. The charges they will charge you in that amount you can easily get a room in a 5 Star(Maansingh Palace). Not at all hygiene area. You need to call them atleast 3-4 times to get any service. All they need money without any service. We stayed for 1 night they have charge Rs 2200 plus GST without a ventilation room. Don't take any cab facility from them they will include there commission. They will provide you a cold drink(750ml) at Rs 50 plus GST.

We visited with our family. The hotel is inside the lane and not on the main road.distance from dargah is very close.i am highly disappointed with the service . at first when we checked in ,on the reception he mocked by copying the mother tongue .later in the stay we had issue with wifi and mobile network,after so ***y calls the things was not sorted and we had to struggle alot, iron was not available,Bed lined was dirty. Food service was the only thing we liked. Lots of improvement needed...

Even it is in very affordable tariff range, quite accessible to both railway station as well as Dargah Shariff, we have been amazed with quality of living space and very humble service. Food is too delicious and yummy last but not least, the hotel provided a Khadim at free of cost, Mr. Syed ***soor Ali Chishty Saheb has made our trip rememberable with his holy rituals and generous behaviour. The Royal suits helped us in ***y other aspects like our transport arrangements and etc. services at free of cost. I strongly recommend The Royal Suits for a happy and safe Ajmer trip.

The hotel was well sanitised and staff was also very polite. It was very convenient as the hotel was near Darga. Food is good and they also have cab facility for local sight seeing. Most important is cleanliness. The hotel was cleaned regularly. A must visit.

I went Ajmer with my family to see the essence of beauty this place holds and my very first encounter was this Hotel which gave me the glimpse.. Really amazing hospitality,rooms and service staffs.. The owner of this place is very helpful and cooperative I will surely recommend this place if you travel solo or with family...Thanks guys for such warm hospitality and services it was an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Royal suites starting from the welcome reception all the way to our last moments before we left, the service was amazing! Everyone served with a smile and was very helpful!Will visit again !
