Quiet stay, good reception, excellent services. The hostel needs renovation and more maintenance.

Back from this hotel Was lovely and quiet with it being Ramadan Hotel rooms bit out dated but who goes on holiday to spend all there time in room You can walk along the beach to the harbour don't bother with taxis it's about an hours walk Taking your time Paragliding was 100 tunsian dinar or 150 for 2 people and they take children up aswell or you can go up with instructor Hotel was kept nice and clean The hotel manager would come out at 3pm and sweep the full complex with dustpan and brush All staff very friendly Kids park needs a bit of work Quad biking was 200 tunsian dinar for 2 people pick up from harbour that was for hour half Food something for everybody if you don't try you never know if your going to like there cuisine 3rd time to tunsia now will be going back Next year for sons 18th birthday

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

And once you finally snag a spot at the dinner table, prepare to feel like royalty – or maybe just a VIP trying to score a snack. Cleanliness is next to... well, cleanliness, I suppose. The place could use a bit of a facelift, though. And don't get too attached to the idea of using the lifts – they're about as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Stair workouts, anyone? For the cocktail connoisseurs out there, prepare to be underwhelmed. The bar's selection is about as limited as my patience. Now, onto the entertainment! The team puts in some serious effort, except for Ricardo, who seems to have misplaced his enthusiasm along with my lost luggage. But fear not, sun worshippers, there's a decent selection of sun loungers, and the lifeguards are practically Olympic-level in their towel preparation skills. On the flip side, the reception staff could use a crash course in customer service and smiling. Maybe they're just saving their energy for their next stair workout? Shoutout to the housekeeping staff and maids – you're the real MVPs in this average holiday saga. And speaking of average, the food tends to hover around lukewarm territory. Thank goodness for the microwave – my new best friend during these trying times. In conclusion, if you're looking for an average holiday with moments of mild amusement and questionable cocktails, you've found your home away from home.”

Firstly maybe not for people with mobility issues as lots of steps. Staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Not many Brits here we were the only ones there for eight days. Meal times were fun you could have to wait a while for clean plates and some weird and wonderful food but there was always something good to eat. Only basic drinks available on AI vodka whiskey and lager. The animation team put on good shows would have been better if we knew what they were saying but visuals said enough. We enjoyed our stay but would prefer somewhere a little more touristy.

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!

Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

stayed in hotel,booked through tui ,but no one informed would be a conforence with an extra 500 guests,the hotel kitchen couldnt cope and there was a shortage of food,when you could get food you would find it look warm ,and witness some poor hygiene ,handling uncooked meat (liver)then touching cooked food ,staff also filling plates with food for themselve before dinner service had finished,there is avery annoying camera man that goes round all day even in restaurant while you are eating pestering you for photowitnessed him one day blowing snot out of his nose into outdoor pool ,reported him to management but nothing done,these are the only think we can fault hotel on everything else is good
