"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade,why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"

Across all departments — chefs, restaurant team, bar staff, entertainment and housekeeping — the service is consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Their efforts genuinely enhance the overall experience. The location, food, and entertainment also contribute to a very enjoyable stay. However, while there are many positives, several aspects — particularly management attention, maintenance, and facilities — fall below a 5☆ hotel standard expected. Pros Truly fantastic staff across all departments Large, modern TV in the room Plenty of bathroom shelving for toiletries, with a very spacious shower Good-quality hairdryer provided Beach towels available and can be exchanged daily Filtered water stations conveniently located in the corridors Cons WiFi extremely intermittent in our room Limited English TV channels, and those available do not function properly Extra bed unnecessarily occupies valuable space Only one dressing chair provided Patio door handle broken and despite maintenance "fixing it" requires replacing Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods supplied Fridge not sufficiently cold to store medication safely Public areas lack atmosphere (flowers, etc) and thoughtful finishing touches Corridor and landing carpets appear never to have been vacuumed — consistently dirty and dusty During frequent wet weather spells over our two-week stay, indoor options were limited — board games, accessible newspapers (option to pre-order and pay for them might be an option), additional bar seating, or opening the downstairs bar would significantly improve the experience Limited seating in entertainment areas — guests often struggled to find seats, which discourages attendance at shows. Suggestions for Improvement Make better use of the upstairs area to increase seating capacity, as lack of seating is clearly discouraging guests from attending entertainment Adjust lighting during live music or group performances — a lower, more ambient setting would create a better atmosphere and encourage participation In our room, a third bed was already in place, making the space feel cramped. The addition of a chaise lounge further reduced usable space. For rooms with two occupants, the third bed should be removed to improve comfort and layout The lack of information, e.g. telephone numbers, mimi-bar prices, availability of dressing robes, etc could avail of QR codes. Additional Information Please note that approximately £60 in local taxes is payable immediately upon arrival at reception (241 dinnar: £62). ⚠️ CAUTION If leaving the hotel, ensure your hotel wristband/tag is not visible or turn it inside out While walking towards the port, we were approached by an individual identifying himself as a hotel chef (which he was) who mentioned a “festival” and offered to guide us. "The hotel rooms are so dated and lacking basic facilities such as WiFi and air conditioning and the view of the room onto the main road was awful due to the noise of cars etc. I wouldn’t stay here again. All inclusive food was inedible and i preferred to eat out during my stay. Even breakfast was basic and tasteless. Don’t waste your money staying here. This is not a 4 star hotel. At best it’s 2 star uk rated and nobody should be charging £100 a night  to stay here. It’s not a clean hotel either."
