The are really friendly and are really helpful! Someone that was really helpful is zuzu. The hotel is really clean. Everyday they come to full you frldge. The bed of the room is really soft and sleep really good. The pool is really clean and not cold or to warm just perfect.

Everything’s was Perfect, the Entertainment was almost for the kids adult may be a little bit boring but food and stuffs was the best, kubra , Ahmet and ocan there at the best animators , I recommend guy just try it at least , we coming back………..

For our first time visit in Turkey, this is a nice hotel. The location is good, the hotel looks very good inside, and the pools are nice. Every day there are many activities organized by the hotel entertaining team so guests always have something to do besides sitting by the pool or sea. From darts to football, beach volleyball, going to the pool side where you can do water aerobics, water polo, Mario games and dancing, etc. This is only to enumerate a few. Not only during the day, but also in the evening the entertainment continues, with a show every night, from modern dancing shows to traditional Turkish shows, it’s all there. The fun continues inside the hotel afterwards with things like bingo (including nice prizes), karaoke, live music, etc. For most of these activities one of the team staff made it more fun for us and it’s worth mentioning it: her name is Yasemin and she always gave 110%, which is very much appreciated. The food was good, many options available for everyone's taste. With respect to the restaurant staff one member in particular stood out: her name was Elena and she was very friendly, always smilling and very professional. Outside cafe bar offers different cocktails, including children's ones. Things worth mentioning for a plus: the hotel is very clean inside including the rooms hotel room (we had family deluxe room with sea side view) - big room for a family of 3, including a minibar with different drinks that gets refilled everyday pools: several ones available with different shapes, especially with a very big one, going outside the others water slides - they have different shapes and hights and they are really fun (my son loved them) daily activities already mentioned above evening shows snack bars available all around the pools Things to improve: We initially got a standard 2 person room (we are a family of 3) where an extra bed was added in, but it was not nice. The room was crowded and felt small, I couldn't even get on the bed from the side. I had to explain to the staff it’s not what I paid for and they changed the room the next morning so ove it was ok, but initially they insisted that was the room I booked which clearly wasn’t true. For a first time visit when this happens to you (when you arrive at almost 1am) it doesn’t makes a first good impression. In summary, we had a great holiday here and we would recommend this hotel.
