Excellent hotel with great food available 24/7 (few hours excluded). Conveniently close to the beach, but slightly distant from the old city.

The hotel is clean, the food is edible, the spa is very clean, you can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The only thing I was not happy with at the hotel was the staff cleaning the rooms talking loudly to each other at 7:30 in the morning.

I went to Ramada resort with my 2 toddlers, the hotel was clean, the service with good, and the food was excellent. They had lots of things for children to do, including their mini beach club which is 2 minutes on the shuttle bus. Staff was helpful, especially those in the dinner halls. They also have entertainment Friday nights. Shops/markets are across the road from the resort which was extremely convenient and helpful when needing necessities for kids, or exploring. The only criticism I have is the pricing for taxi’s/shuttles… it is overpriced compared to how much it would be getting it yourself outside of the resort, however the driver for the hotel private shuttle I hired was helpful and nice.

Tamer, has been fantastic with the massages he has given me along with his advice for my backs well being in the future. He picked up o had a few slipped discs and made a plan to rectify them. His technique was very original and after my first session I was standing taller and able to move easier.

Sehr empfehlenswert, haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich. Essen war lecker. Besonders der Spa Bereich ist top. Dort hatTalip uns toll umsorgt.Die med.Massagen von Masseur Tamer waren sehr gut. Wir hatten große Rückenprobleme. Seine Massagen und Akupunktur sind super indivuduell abgestimmt. Wir fahren jetzt schmerzfrei nach Hause....Vielen Dank an das tolle Team...Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved this place, have nothing bad to say. The staff were incredible and took so much pride in their work. The food was delicious and plentiful. The room was spotless and had everything we would need. Honestly can't fault the place. We will return.

Our family vacation was great in this hotel. We were here with my wife and children. Weather was okay in the beginning of May. Sea is not too much warm in this time. Sometimes warm and sometimes windy and rainy. Food in main restaurant is okay. A lot of fruits and vegetables. Shopping next to the hotel is very expensive. It's better to go to old city of terracity. Land of legends is nor far away . Very good place for all family and for shopping as well. In the hotel they have big animation programm. All the time different activities everywhere. Also mini disco and evening show are very good. Especially miss Sofia makes mini disco very good. Of course we'll come back .

We arrived after midnight due to a night flight. The service on arrival was good, there was food and drinks (hot and cold) available and staff were super friendly. The room was clean, and well put together. Housekeeping service was also very good. Fresh towels as necessary etc. Only slightly negative point was the toilet had a tad bit of a smell that came and went but on reporting this to guest relations it was dealt with promptly although it did keep coming back The food available every morning in the main buffet was very good. The variety of food was perfect and I don’t recall anything we wanted running out. Breakfast lunch and dinner all were served over a reasonable period and the Mood restaurant was clean and well kept with a prompt and helpful team. A shuttle to the beach every 15 mins was very useful and must say the beach area was the highlight for us. Food, another pool area, the beach and games. - Couldn’t really ask for more! The resort wasn’t very big but just right - some resorts we’ve been to you have to do too much walking to get anywhere (to the point where your legs hurt at the end of the day) but this was perfect. Overall - great experience and would definitely recommend!
