We went to this hotel as a family, there were 10 of us in total, ranging from 6 years to 68year old. There was something for everyone here to enjoy. We got a really good deal by booking early. It was just over the Easter weekend so in school holidays. The value for money was well worth it. The food variety was very good. I loved the fact you had different places all around to eat from all day. Also the service was very good, only thing I would say was the language barrier between some staff was tricky. It was a very clean and tidy hotel. Our room had 4 of us in it and was quite small, maybe we should have upgraded or picked a bigger room when booking. So just be aware. We also would recommend to go from April as this is classed as their start of summer and the aircon gets turned on, it was very hot at night to sleep. We admittedly had very good weather for end of march. The water park here was great fun and we hired a cabana on the beach twice to, service was great. Just remember to book your restaurants up every morning at 8am to get where you want and some close on different days. They were nice restaurants.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Hat in einem Delphin Hotel - 2 x Diva und jetzt Be Grand. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und gleicht einer kleinen Stadt. Selbst, wenn es voll belegt ist, fällt das nicht auf. Die Zimmer sind eine Wucht und sehr sauber. Bei der Vielzahl an Spiegeln sicher nicht einfach. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist super lecker und bei der Auswahl sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind empfehlenswert. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts mexikanisch, chinesisch und aufgrund von Ceydas Empfehlung auch vegan ausprobiert. Überall war das Essen toll angerichtet und sehr lecker. Auch wenn wir alles andere als Veganer sind, hat es uns tatsächlich sehr gut dort geschmeckt. Die Gemüsepizza - der Hammer! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und tut alles dafür, dass man sich hierzu wohlfühlen kann. Besonders unsere liebe Ceyda von der Guest- Relation war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat in allen Belangen geholfen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Nu voor de 3e x in dit hotel geweest en weer enorm genoten. Schone ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, ruim opgezet en prachtige zwembaden. Eten genoeg afwisselend. Hotel zat vrij vol, maar toch is overal genoeg ruimte. Voor ons een 10! 👌

I like the food and the entertainment, service. The Music and shows in the evening are also very good. The swimming pools are Nice and clean and everywhere are toilets. The room is also very Nice and minibar is filled every day. Thanks for canpolat from entertainment!

Das Hotel war einfach traumhaft. Eine sehr engargierte Angestellte namens Meltem hat uns beraten und offene Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Dank ihr haben wir noch rechtzeitig ein Tisch im a la card vegan Restaurant reserviert bekommen. Das vegane essen hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Wir bedanken uns bei Meltem für ihre positive Ausstrahlung und Engagement.

Very good- guest relation Natalia goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Room is very clean Food variety and always fresh Children and adults aqua park facilities brilliant! 100% recommend this place for families, very child friendly!

Great, back for second time. Soo much to do and eat lol. My fav show was JLo the boogie nights show was a bit odd. Had good seats but the lights shining into the crowd stop you being able to see the act. Also the screen in the back was VERY busy so could not see dancers. Shame as it takes alot of work practicing. Also surprised when a guest relations woman was charging my son for free merchandise??? Otherwise good

Dit was ons t****e bezoek aan Delphin be Grand en weer zijn wij ontzettend enthousiast. De nieuwe beach club is fantastisch! In dit hotel is alles famtastisch geregeld, bij binnenkomst wordt je ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en deze service gaat onverminderd door tijdens je verblijf. Deniz (meisje op skates) van het skateteam heeft ons deze week fantastisch verzorgd! Wij komen zeker weer terug!

We went as a family of 25, the service was absolutely incredible. All the rooms were clean and modern, the hotel facilities were amazing. We were a large group age range newborn to 65 and it was perfect for all. Food/drinks/desserts on tap. Musa on reception was incredibly helpful and helped/guided us throughout our stay, he’s a credit to the Delphine company.
