The staff is very rude they will not help you zero hospitality shouldnt be given 5star rating!

It was fine, and the hotel is well structured and the owners spent multimillion on it. However, the reception can ruin everything. The reception is rude, aggressive, and irrespective. I have never said anything bad about any other hotel!

It’s really good hotel !kind people here !clean always !a lot different food !all day you can eat non stop !it’s very good way !it’s means they respect people !I choose this hotel when I coming here and I stayed already 5 days and will stay more but here fully booked !because it’s here good !2 swimming pool !a lot kind of food !a lot fruit !turkish the best with this !

Actually I should rate Hotel and Turkish people generally. Both is the most bad. In the room was a big mirror in the back of the bed. Then it fell on me. I mean the big mirror has been fell on my head and my body. It was a big accident, but when I asked hotel for help they didn't they just hear the story . The duty manager has told me I am busy now. He hasn't hear my talking. The lady in the reception has said " Really ?" Ah... My room no. Was 7111. You can go to see how big was the accident. Several places in my body has been injured and some bone has been broken. I should arrange to go to hospital by myself even I don't know the luggage. They mind nothing. Even when I ask for a taxi to leave to hospital they start to play with me about the price and transfer me to a transpoting desk in the hotel who asked for too much money from me because of my difficult situation. I think they don't have human beings working there. I am so sorry to go to Tukey and I advise all tourists to don't go there. They would be in dangerous

Very cost-effective hotel. The staff is friendly, the room is big, and the food is delicious. The hotel has convenient transportation. There are many places to shop and eat around. If I come to Antalya again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.

As soon I stepped one foot I knew that this place would be a great journey and they I would have an amazing experience and I was right the service is absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend going . The food here is wonderful and you can try things that you have never tried before to experience different things from different cultures. I hope to come here again and make more memories in the future. I think this hotel shall get more than 5 stars

Brilliant hotel, staff were friendly, spent 10 days there with family. Children loved the pools, children’s indoor play time and activities as well as the food. Food was really good, decent variety, Wednesday evenings tends to be the Turkish night and that is awesome. Did all inclusive, left the hotel a few times during our stay, beware cost of taxis has gone through the roof, if you don’t need to go out just stay and enjoy the hotel. Hotel is like 5 min walk away from the main road where there are lots of bazaars if you want to go shopping etc. Spa was amazing went a few times for a massage during our stay, recommend ‘como’ who gave an amazing massage. Gym is a bit dead could do with a bit of life in there but apart from that would strongly recommend.

5 out of 5 .. This was the best holiday we had and first time to Turkey . The recption host ' ROSE ' was amazing her credibility and integrity as a person was superb . She was caring and kind at every stage of our visit . My wife Monica and i could not have wished for a better host then ROSE . She is an asset to " Wind of Lara " and should be commended at the highest level . above all, she is an angel with a heart of gold . We enjoyed this visit so much that we will return and recommend it to our friends and family, especially ROSE, as a point of contact . Thank you for everything ❤️ 5 Star ! .. We’ve been here for a few days now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with this hotel. From the moment we arrived it was clear the place was absolute class. The food is magnificent and the eating areas are spotless. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of activities. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned regularly. The staff are very attentive and very friendly. Honestly this place is amazing. We’ve seen the shows every night and honestly again, the entertainment team out so much effort in and it shows. Emrah, Yagmur, Doruk, Fatih, Can are all amazing and excellent with the adults and the children. We are so pleased we found this wonderful hotel and can’t wait to book again for next year.

We are here for the second year, Lara is a lovely hotel, clean rooms, good food, you must try Guler's güzleme best ever by the pool,she is a wonderful woman who makes you smile every time. 🤗 They also have a nice evening show time this year,clean sandy beach. Tonight is our last and I will leave with a heavy heart.
