Great location with people with warm heart that you always want to meet for the next time! Empathy, warm heart and professional behavior from Mr. Shavkat from Guest Services! Great food - excellent Rock Bass fish prepared by Mr Abdulraman the fish MasterChef with big heart! Super donner (lamb, beef and chicken) prepared by Mr Suayip at Doner corner! Excellent services and serving at main restaurant by Mr Ercan, Muslum, Ramazan and colleagues! Rapid serving and exellent services by Skate team at heated pools! Quality corner food and excellent idea with watermellon and sheep cheese at the pool! Great shows in the evening and in activities in the day and thank you Boran (our Robin Hood in the shooting activity), thank you to the entertainment team - Yusuf (Crocodile / Crocodaci /Timsah), Jakub, Stepan and Mr. MC with black suit and white snickers! Thank you to the warm people at Luna Park - Mr. Saban and Mr. Nursun Dusret at bumping cars; Mr. Ramazan at jumping cangaroos; Mr. Suleiman at pirate sheep, Mrs. Kubra Fatma at the wheel! Thank you for the management team for continuous focus on improving services!

Очень приятно возвращаться туда ,где хорошо! В сети дельфинов были везде и не однократно, в Диве первый раз. Всё компактно, чистые номера, Очень приветливый персонал, отдыхаем с 29 апреля по 7 мая 2024 года. Погода прекрасная, солнце, тёплое море. Хочу выразить благодарность руководству за прекрасный персонал в отеле. Русскоговорящая поддержка всегда рядом , решают любой вопрос моментом. Яна огромное вам спасибо! Хорошая кухня, разнообразная на любой вкус. Тематические мероприятия как днём, так и вечером! Удобные жёсткие матрасы, попросила ортопедическую подушку, тут же она в номере. По пути к пляжу закусочные разнообразные, мороженое, свежевыжатые соки и смузи . Рекомендую отель.

nisan 2024 tarihinde yarıyıl tatili münasebeti ile konakladık. resepsiyon girişi sonrası ilk gördüğüm personele nerede bir şeyler atıştırabiliriz diye sorduğumda gelen cevap " sizin yemek için bir yer aramanıza gerek yok, yiyecekler ve içecekler sizi bulur". dediği gibi neredeyse her köşe başında yiyecek - içecek mevcut. Personel ilgi - güleryüz tam kararında. Tüm çalışanlar karınca gibi. Kaldığımız oda 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk için (17 ve 13 yaş) aile odası olarak bize yetti. genişliği yeterli temizliği güzeldi. şansımıza havada mevsim için çok enfesti. 2025 nisan yarıyıl tatilinde havadan bağımsız sanıyoruz yine aynı oteli tercih edeceğiz. açık büfelerden bahsetmek gerekirse. her öğün bir önceki öğünün lezzetini unutturdu, her öğün daha lezzetliydi dersem abartmış olmam sanıyorum. tabii ki iletişimde bulunduğumuz tüm personele otelden ayrılırken teşekkür ettik ancak perde arkasında hiç görmediğimiz her çalışanın da emeklerine sağlık. Otel yönetimine kısa bir not : Bayramın 1.Günü yaptığınız aktivite ( şekerleme dünyası : çok çok güzeldi, rengarenk cıvıl cıvıl) Kısacası çok memnun ayrıldık. 10 / 10 abartı sayılmaz.

Delphin Diva immer wieder! Bestes Hotel in dem wir waren. Die Menschen die dort arbeiten geben sich immer Mühe und sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist vielfältig und sehr lecker.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub liegt hinter uns. Das Hotel liegt bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Alles ist schick und sauber eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel, die Betten gemütlich. Auch die Badezimmer sind geräumig. Das Essen ist der Wahnsinn, alles lecker und die Auswahl einfach gigantisch. Es gibt mehrere Pools, einer sogar beheizt. Wir hatten viel Spaß auf dem Wasserrutschen. Der Strand ist weitläufig und gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist wie ein Park angelegt. Abends gibt es verschiedenes Unterhaltungsprogramm, live Musik, Show, Disko. Der Wellness Bereich kostet extra und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, engagiert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotel-team!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön aufgebaut und die Zimmer sind immer sauber. Der Zimmerservice war immer sehr freundlich und hat ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage innerhalb der Zimmer hat immer geholfen, die Temperatur innerhalb des Zimmers gut zu regulieren. Die Pool sowie Strand Bereiche sind sehr schön aufgebaut und sehen immer ordentlich aus. Ich werde die Delphin Hotelreihe definitiv weiterempfehlen und weiterhin besuchen.

Average hotel with some positives and some Negatives Positives Excellent buffet, tasty and quality food available Beach access with good jetty Kids club available from 10.00am till 5pm (although this is limited compared to other hotels) Clean Spaces hotel with good size rooms Plenty of outdoor space Green Several pools (not heated and cold) Negatives Terrible ala carte’s not on par with buffet it feels a step down Overall quality is not high German and Russian speaking tourists, overall orientation of the hotel is towards this nationals Overall, it’s a hotel we won’t choose again but doable for a week or so. I’d say better hotels are on offer around this region

Wir sind öfters in dem Hotel gewesen. Dieses Jahr werden wir auch da sein. Es ist immer alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen. Die Dame an der Rezeption (leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen 🙁), hat immer ein offenes Ohr für uns gehabt, unsere Wünsche erfüllt und mit einem Rat geholfen. Kinder sind ebenso immer begeistert gewesen. Einfach super. Das Präsidenten-Suite ist der Hammer, der Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Personal allgemein ist bett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen frisch und lecker. Immer große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten.
