Otel çalışanları o kadar iyi insanlar ki bir kez daha baia oteli tercih etme sebebim .19 aylık bir erkek cocukla ve her yeri karıstıran dagıtan cocuk olmasına ragmen tüm calısan arkadas o kadar iyi niyetli ki tek bir kötü bakış bile görmedim.gündüz lobby cafedeki melis nur ve özlem hanım o kadar iyi yaklastılar ki bebegimize bir kez daha mutlu olduk .Aksam yemeklerinde bekir abi hamza bey bülent bey cok güzel yemekler yememize yardımcı oldular . Cocuk kulubünde tüm arkadaslar (nergiz hanım,fatıma hanım,pakize hanım,sude hanım,serenay hanım)cocugumla birebir ilgilendi ve cocugumun becerilerinin arttıgını daha fazla kelime ögrendigini fark ettim.her birne tek tek teşekkür ederim.Aksam lobby deki kafede gece 00:30 olmasına rağmen herşeyin toplanmasına ragmen bize bitki çayı yapan gizem hanım , buse hanıma ve basak hanıma cok teşekkür ederiz.kısacası tüm calısan arkadaslar o iyi insanlar ki resmen aile ortamı gibiydi.gercekten bir haftalık tatilimin bittigine üzüldüm.şunu farkettim ki tüm calısanlar sanki otelin sahibiymiş gibi calısıyor o kadar benimsemişler ki tek bir kötü insana denk gelmedim bu da beni cok fazla mutlu etti.üst üste ikinci baia deneyimim de beni fevkalade memnun etti .oteldeki eksiklikler internet ve bebekler için aquaparkın fazla güvenli olamadığını tespit ettim.restaurant kısmı mükemmel yemeklere sahip ve şefler o kadar ilgili ki en ufak isteginizi anında yapıyorlar sabahın köründe avakado istedim 5 dk içinde olgun bir avakado getirdiler.aile ile gidilebilecek gercekten güzel bir otel umarım bu çizgi bozulmadan devam eder herkese iyi mutlu güzel calısmalar diliyorum

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have been to. The entertainment is amazing all the staff are so kind and get involved with all the games. Especially Sunay,Murat and Suha. The rooms are so clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing.

A great place for families to go and chill out. The entertainment team were great & keep us busy throughout. Especially Sunay & Suha who were full of enthusiasm, our lad really enjoyed both of them. The Ali Carte restraint is free through the day but you do have to pay on an evening. Excellent burgers.

Otelinizden genel olarak memnunum özellikle mini club çalışanları başta Pakize hanım olmak üzere çocugumuzla çok ilgiliydi . sonra animasyon ekibinden oradada özellikle Ayşe hanımdan danslarıyla ve güler yüzlülülüğünden çok memnun kaldım..Garsonlarınızdanda çok memnun kaldım hepsi çok güler yüzlü ilgiliydi başta akşam çalışan arkadaşımız başak hanım olmak üzere hepsinden aşırı memnun kaldık.

Visited here for 3 days in May as a couple with an 11 year old boy. Room was lovely however be careful when booking as our room didn’t have a sit on balcony just a door! Pools lovey, food fab on a lunchtime with plenty variety. Pizzas are amazing! Evening food not as good but plenty choice! Entertainment team were great with the darts, boules etc they were all full of fun! Found the spa staff a bit ignorant offered me a free 15 minute massage but once I’d had this they wanted me to book more when i didn’t they were a bit abrupt and wouldn’t speak the next day! Bit full on too when you are around pressuring you! If you have late check out you can use the spa but make sure you keep your beach towel as the spa doesn’t have any for use or toiletries and would entertain me when I asked for them. overall a lovely hotel

Amazing hotel entertainment staff are exceptional Sunay Murat and Suha made our holiday made us laugh every da without fail we will be back again in August, good night entertainment and bar and restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us bring plenty of tips

This was the best hotel i have been to in my whole life.The hotel is amazing all around, it is clean,the food is delicious and the staff are lovely.Two staff members that stood out to me were Sunay and Suha they both went out of their way to make everyone welcome.

Very nice hotel, super clean, good food, amazing activities. Special thanks to Ayse for Aqua gym and to Sunny for funny animations around the pool. We were there with a little boy (4 years), he enjoyed as much as we did. We would certainly recommend it.
