Our holidays was great. Thanks a lot for your servis, food and entertaimants. Beach is beautiful. Professional girl from guestrelation team Natali thank you sooo much for your help and smile. Hostes girls is also everyday smiling. Poolparty is incredible.

We spent six days at the hotel and didn’t leave the site the whole time. The facilities are excellent for both adults and children and wonderfully clean. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club and playground, painting a t-shirt, making cookies and generally having fun in the playground. There are a huge number of attentive staff that are there to help, whether that is providing drinks to your sun lounger or quickly clearing up plates at the Buffett. We had a wonderful time and would have loved to have stayed longer. Our only ‘complaint’ would have been having a room on floor 1 meant that our ‘sea view’ was obstructed and our room was loud each night due to the activities going on. We asked to switch to a higher floor but none were available or we were asked to spend more money. However that doesn’t detract from an excellent experience, hence 5*

Good hotel and facilities, the lady at coffe shop extremely nice however my family were attacked in night club and were not protected by hotel, they allowed the 2 men and there families to stay at hotel the beds could do with a cover that fits them, some of th staff are lovely some not so, the boy st pool is so helpful tiding up and wiping beds for me

Wymarzony hotel ! Piękne, duże pokoje , pełny mini bar. Pyszne drinki w tym importowane Chivas , Johnny Walker , GIN Gordon itd. Codziennie muzyka na zywo od 19 do 23.30 , do tego show zawsze od 21.00 . Pyszne jedzenie, kilka restauracji tematycznych , wszytskie rewelacyjne,. Glowna restauracja tez super, duzy wybor ryb, owocow morza, codziennie inne rzeczy np. sushi, chinskie dania , ryby w calosci . Obsługa geialna , brak kolejek do baru i w resturacjach

Zafer sarigül Gokce sarigul Ich in seit 6 Jahren im delphin imperial. Der Service ist super. Auch das Essen ist hier sehr gut. Hier wird an alles gedacht und wenn mal was geht, einfach freundlich fragen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.:))))

Super hôtel all inclusive, chambres spacieuses et lumineuses, personnel aux petits soins. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est magnifique et l'aménagement extérieur est parfait. Petit bémol; pour un hôtel de cette taille et de ce prestige, il mériterait d'avoir un vrai amphithéâtre et non pas simplement une scène (apparement la construction d'un parc aquatique et d'un amphithéâtre est prévu:)) Une excellente semaine!
