Great location, very close to airport and city centre. Delicious food and exceptional service.

Absolutely amazing holiday first time abroad in years and our first time visiting Türkiye. We stayed for 7 nights in March 2023 ( even though it says I stayed in June 2023 as that was how far it would let me go back to). When we arrived our suitcases were collected whilst we checked in and then delivered to our rooms. The rooms were beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean and overlooking the swimming pools. The staff were amazing too with the rollerblading waiters outside who never left you without a drink. The inside staff were exactly the same nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel grounds were always clean and so were our rooms. The food was amazing always so much choice. Played bowling as a family of 7 5 adults and 2 children) in the amusement arcade a couple of times which was a lot of fun. The hotel entertainment was very good with different things on each night and the kids disco was on every night. Kids club wasn't open as we stayed just out of the main season. Weather was glorious with the highest temp reaching 34 degrees.

I was so excited to visit this hotel. I hadn’t seen a bad review and everyone said how amazing this place. I was very disappointed. The service wasn’t great at all. I asked for drinks at breakfast which never arrived, a lot of the staff didn’t speak English which was a problem. I had to google a picture of an apple to show one of the bar staff to get an apple juice for my child. The same happened at the evening meal with drinks. They just didn’t arrive. The fast food outlet which had the nuggets and chips was fine if there was no queue but I got pushed out of the way a few times by the Russians and Germans. It was a free for all!! Some of the people were so rude and would step right in front of you and grab stuff when it was quite clear there’s a queue. They just didn’t care. The candy land would have been great if it wasn’t for the adults pushing in and pushing children out of the way! One women had three plates full of sweets. So greedy. We didn’t even bother getting anything as it was embarrassing watching everyone pushing in being greedy. The food in the buffet at night wasn’t great. There was so much choice but none of it was appealing. They did pizza one night and then didn’t do it again which was a shame! Which they had done that every night. They did a cheese flat bread which tasted like egg, it was awful. Not much choice for kids so very disappointed. Breakfast was the same. I tried the cereal and it was soft and had gone off so didn’t eat it. Just such a shame!! The skater service was good around the pool and the ice coffees were delicious! The evening entertainment was so good! However…there wasn’t enough seats and people just ended up coming and standing in front of where we were sat both times so my children couldn’t see. It seems people are just very selfish. The noise from the building of the waterpark was so loud in our room. It started at 7am, beeping and digging. It woke me up all week! I tried to get some ear plugs but couldn’t get any. The only positive was that you don’t have to get up at 6am to get a sunbed. Just truly disappointed because everything I had read before we visited was so positive. I don’t understand the people who say this is the best hotel they have been to and how amazing the service is. It’s simply just not true!! Definitely not 5 star.

I hope this provides an honest review for any travelers. Honestly, we had the most incredible week! Accommodation: Really spacious, comfortable and good sized balcony. When we arrived we hadn’t been provided with a travel cot, asked reception and it was with us in a matter of minutes. Hair dryer in the room stopped working again asked guest relations, sorted by the time we got back to the room. Personally, I think the rooms have a few imperfections (just wear and tear) some paint missing off furniture etc but that is me being overly fussy it didn’t make a difference to our stay at all. The free mini bar is stocked well and replenished daily. Shampoo and shower gel available in the shower which is super handy too! You can hear evening entertainment from the room but if I’m honest, don’t come to this part of Antalya if you don’t want to hear anything past 10- it’s a very touristy place and all the hotels are so close together you can hear all the entertainment. Also, for anyone from the UK (all the UK tour operators say this is available) the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board so bring a travel iron. The hotel in general is spotless, the toilets by the pool have a full time attendant that goes in after every toilet use to clean and freshen the toilet. There’s people cleaning everywhere all of the time day and night. It really is quite impressive. Food: As a buffet hater, I think I’m maybe a convert to the Delphin imperial buffet. SO much choice it is insane. Good quality food lots of options and lots of opportunity to have things cooked freshly in front of you too. As we were travelling with a toddler they even had fridges of small yoghurts, baby food and milk for kids- actual life saver for our fussy holiday eater. Staff are attentive and quickly get drinks orders to you. Al la carte restaurants are good, although I would say I’d prefer more choice and having been to all inclusives that offer an extensive menu in Al la Carte restaurants, the options to us seemed limited. Also, as non fussy eaters the Greek and Tapas didn’t appeal to us at all and there wasn’t much we would eat on the menu for these, suggesting a lot of people may be put off by these also. The food stalls by the pools were brilliant, there is absolutely no way anyone could go hungry. The doner kebabs, toasties, churros and everything else we tried were brilliant. Drinks are brought to you by rollerblading staff, and my goodness are they attentive. I rarely had an empty glass or bottle of water the whole time. There’s a gentleman to empty bins, help put umbrellas up, find Sun beds for you etc- honestly he was brilliant and so helpful! There are also ample fridges stocked with beer, soft drinks and water that you can just help yourself to day and night- amazing when you’re running after a toddler all day. My only other recommendations are: the hotel is majorly catered for young families, they need to invest in some more high chairs (baby chairs) as a couple

Hotel was amazing, super clean and the food was great. Some staff heavily favouring the Germans and Russians to the point of giving extra towels without tickets. Food was really nice but the queuing system doesn’t work with people thinking the food will run out, knocking over kids and pushing to the front to fill 2 plates. When mentioned to one person there was a Que I got told to F### off. I feel the food hall would benefit from a proper queuing system without relying on common sense and courtesy of people (which isn’t there). Entertainment - hard to see the shows at times due to ignorant people standing right infront of all seating area - this needs to be looked at as simply doesn’t work.
