Guesthouse in ottima posizione, pulita, camere accoglienti.
Un paio di suggerimenti: è difficile effettuare il check in - è obbligatorio chiamare al momento dell'arrivo.
Orario di check in non chiaro, sul sito riporta ora 6 PM, la casa riporta 4 PM, al telefono dicono 5 PM...
Per il resto tutto bene, consiglio la visita.

The steps were very slippery and one of the metal edges was loose. My friend fell down the steps and skinned up her back. They don’t want you to wear your shoes inside, so that makes a dangerous condition. The inside of the room left something to be desired. We found a dirty sock under the bed, the blinds was just a single roller shade no curtains, and it didn’t come all the way down to the bottom due to the window hook. The other guests were not friendly, but I don’t blame the hotel for that.

Muy fácil contactarles para el check in.
A algo menos de 15 minutos andando del centro de Akureyri.
Habitación muy pequeña, camas no muy cómodas. Baño chiquitito (si te duchas se moja la zona del lavabo).
No está bien insonorizado y se oye bastante el ruido de los coches.
La limpieza, en fin, quedaba un calcetín de otro huésped debajo de la cama...
Cocina compartida (sin papel de cocina).

We stayed in 5 hotels in our loop around Iceland. This was by far our worst stay. No parking(fewer spaces than there are rooms) Greeted by a huge pile of garbage at the front steps. Check in was a hassle. Lovely city though. This place is corporate owned and we will avoid them now always.

Room was small but adequate. Bathroom had multiple broken tiles in the shower, a tiny sink and minimal water pressure. Towels were very thin. Beds were comfortable.

This was the only place left even after reserving 6 mos in advance. Felt more like a hostel which is fine. But for a family of 4, we would have preferred someplace with more conveniences like parking, quiet from the common areas, larger restroom, and separate room from the bunk bed. Also since no one was on site, felt less welcoming than a traditional hotel. Otherwise it worked out fine. We appreciated the accommodations.

The guesthouse is located quite near the centre, our room was not so large but confortable. The bathroom wide and clean. Good stay
