The location is good, nearby airport and MRT. When I reached the hotel I was told that the room reserve to me is double bed, but I’ve booked twin room. The receptionist told me he managed to give me twin room non smoking. When I reached the room it totally smells like cigarettes smoke that provoke my asthma. When the housekeeping come to spray air freshener, it didn’t go away. I requested for room transfer but they say that’s the only available. No toilet amenities at all. The toilet bowl everytime I will sit it feels like it will fall as there’s gap from its attachment from the wall. Breakfast items is almost the same every day only 1-2 items will change. Receptionist are not helpful to your needs and when you ask something it’s like I owe them money when they reply. But housekeeping staff are nice and friendly

The service was very good, staffs was very helpful and polite especially the 2 filipino staffs, the only one hotels so far that i empressed, the cleanliness are there especially at the room,

What can I tell you about the hotel where mostly Pakistani citizens stay. Therefore, we Europeans here are, of course, shocked. The room is normal. The noise from the pool is incredible. Until 03 am, the music yells and this is in a Muslim hotel. Wild horror.

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff has provided. He have always been very attentive and helpful. His kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. Also to mention, the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see him and interact during my visits.

Nice hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel staff Mr. Dali and Mr.Romeo them very nice always helpful good service nice to stay there.

I lived until I got a visa and ID stationed in Dubai. Even though Dubai is, almost Indians walk around near Sharjah. It was a cheap hotel, but the room was large and comfortable with washing machines and tableware. Breakfast only served the minimum necessary, but the occasional sandwiches were delicious. Other than that, it was boiled *, croissants and tea every day.

The staff are not friendly.. They even told me that if I don't like I can leave now. Bed sheets had pubic hair and stones, they did not want to change the bed sheets because they only have one for each room. We are three people and we took an extra bed when we asked for an extra bottle of water they said no only 2. The toilet was used by someone and not flushed. There was no tissue Sink and water tap were also dirty. We don't have a telephone in the room because they said this room has no phones and I checked another room that was the same too. Floor is dirty Also we found old bread in the cabinet..

Honestly, a home away from home for us. The staff has always been accommodating and kind - everyone at the reception to the housekeeping staff to the security guards, a smile and cheery attitude always. An excellent perk is that the hotel also has a small (albeit well stocked) grocery store attached which makes living here a breeze (if you're tired of ordering in). Another bonus is that there's a pharmacy also attached if you need anything on the fly. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in Premier Inn for over a month and really liked the room service they provide and accessibility with restaurants, markets and transportation. It's also budget friendly and allow food parcel.
