The hotel is very new and clean with good staff.
I was staying in a room near the elevator and on the top of the hotel’s entrance, bar and restaurant in addition to that my room had a balcony.
It was extremely noisy 24/7 from the entrance and main road with continuous cars racing (again with no action from the hotel as they can report it to police but they didn’t). The room was smiling like a barbecue chicken because of being on the top of the main restaurant and bar.
The other guests were too noisy with kids playing in the corridor until 03:00 AM without any action from the hotel (they have cameras and they can monitor and take actions)
The restaurant was serving basic and cold breakfast with unprofessional staff (nice and not rude) with 0 knowledge of hospitality.

Amazing place to stay. My kids and i loved the family room! Breakfast was yummy! Thanks to the cleaners Daoraojana and Manjula, the room kept well maintained despite my kids missing it around every night! The receptionists were so helpful. I can't remember all names but mr. Roshan and the Egyptian were extremely helpful! Hotel even called me after i check out because my kids forgot their story book. The hotel is few steps from the Dragon mart, so shopping was so easy! I will return soon to this hotel.

The hotel is a state of the art with welcoming staff and rigorous security to ensure that the guest are safe. The rooms are equipped with the latest technology. They are very friendly. They have been very generous to me regardless. They are very accommodating and understanding to customer demand. Mr. Om Prakash is a nice receptionist that has Made me feel comfortable. He understands my needs and wants. He is very friendly and understanding. He is professional. He accommodate my friend and listens to my needs. I recommend everyone to come here

The worst experience in Sharjah. Probably the worst hotel too! The Filipino receptionist, literally stole my money. When confronted, he started denying it saying: I gave you back your money. So I asked him to open the CCTV recordings, he said the cameras were not working lol. Don’t recommend this hotel. Bad receptionists, bad oder, and they will rob you!

The hotel is relatively old, very close to Sharjah Airport, relatively far from the city, about 40 minutes from Dubai Airport. The hotel facilities are average, similar to the domestic express, it can only be said to be relatively clean. The breakfast and dinner are generally okay, and you can get used to it. The overall taste is more Asian, and it's not particularly heavy. It is acceptable for tourists, and the overall is not bad!

Estay Hotel is one of the underrated hotels in Dubai. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The amenities are nice and we are so happy that they opened a convenience store inside the campus. I also want to commend the staff; Haidy and Ashitha from the reception, Om and Sonam from housekeeping, and especially Mostafa from the management. They're making sure that we are taken care of, happy and satisfied during our stay. Their smiles definitely give good vibes. 😉🥳
