"1. The location is absolutely fantastic! As soon as you step out, you're at the subway, and taxis are also easy to find. 2. The restaurant downstairs has a great ambiance and delicious food. They even have a single-person lunch set, which is perfect for solo travelers. 3. Overall, the room is quite comfortable, clean, and simple. This hotel can be a bit hard to find because its translation (of the name, presumably) is a bit odd, but just follow Apple Maps and you'll get there. Overall: The price was great when I booked it, offering excellent value for money!"

"It was great, At the check in we have some issues with the room type but they fix it and the rest of our stay was great . Location is awesome for business near the metro station. Staff are helpful, free parkings with security."

The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience."

"The hotel has a great ambiance - the room, lobby, elevator, and even the restaurant are all nicely done. However, one thing that bothered me was that they had a key to my room. Even when I didn't request housekeeping, my room would be cleaned without my consent. I felt like my privacy was compromised, as they could enter my room at any time without permission."

"The place is super clean with spacious rooms and its location makes it easy to access to transportation and shops ..I love the place ..the reception team are amazing ..there is one Indian guy at the reception on my check-in date(4-7-25) ..(I forgot his name) he was very friendly and supportive..I really appreciate his efforts .The gym is good and the breakfast is super nice."

"Nice location by the creek, but the room felt dull and outdated. Furniture needs a refresh and layout of some rooms was quite weird (got a room with a super odd layout and had many corners in one room and requested to change it). Executive lounge was disappointing - no windows and low energy. Big shoutout to Hsu, who made a real difference with excellent service at the exrufithe lounge. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Overall, okay stay, but not quite up to expectations."

"Good location for travel with nice shuttle bus service to the beach and MOE. Facilities and services are better than expected. Quite surprised seeing the Burj Al Arab from the swimming pool at the top. The requested room type was served with nice stay for 6nights, felt it was value for money."
