Excellent budget fresh hotel. All furniture and plumbing are fresh. There is a safe, fast wi-fi (no password), elevators arrive instantly. Water is brought daily, 2 bottles. 0.5 liters each, there is a kettle, tea and sugar are provided, cleaning is done daily. In terms of public transport, it is an ideal place for Deira, everything is nearby. They don’t speak Russian at the reception, I haven’t seen any compatriots. International people from all over the world live in the hotel. A couple of tips for Russians. Breakfast, if you pay on the spot, is cheaper than on the website; as of 04/10/24 it costs 30 dirhams. You can pay with a UP card. Didn't use lunch or dinner. You can only pay for your hotel reservation with a UP credit card (I have a Gazprombank card), a debit card didn’t work. If you have to cancel your reservation, keep in mind that the amount returned to the card will be less than what you paid. Losses will be about 7-8%. So I understood that it was because of commissions and the yuan exchange rate. Bus stop C28 to Al Mamzar beach is 5 minutes away, opposite Union metro station. The nearest Carrefour is 5 minutes away, in the Al Ghurair Center building.

It’s very noisy at night from the night market downstairs, and in the morning and during the day from the chanting at the mosque next to it.

I liked the hotel, clean, modern, freshly renovated. There are some minor drawbacks, but if you stay for 1-2 nights, it’s not at all annoying. For example, they gave us one set of towels, although I was with a child, but it was enough for us and I didn’t ask =). Then in the middle of the day the Wi-Fi went out for several hours, I can’t say exactly what time it was returned, but from 17 to 20 it was not there, it’s extremely inconvenient when you’re counting on it. And there was a feeling that it was cool and was blowing from somewhere, although the air conditioner was working. The pool on the roof is small and shallow, there were no people when we arrived, but it is not heated and in February - you took a dip and got out, otherwise it was cool. Breakfast is delicious and varied. I just don’t understand about the brewed coffee: the machine stands separately from the common area, turned away from people, and no one “controls” it... Probably there is no brewed coffee at breakfast, and if there is, it is not offered to guests =) In general I was satisfied with the hotel!
