"The location is good The parking is free for guests but very limited space and very tiny Not clean and there is bad smell The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness There is no room services But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something. I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling"

"An absolutely wonderful hotel! I was checked into a room on the 19th floor, and the views were simply the best. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The service and staff spoke perfect English, were incredibly polite, and very attentive. Water, coffee, and tea were all unlimited. Any request was handled instantly. The blackout curtains were superb; you could sleep as if it were nighttime even during the day. The pool is open until 10 PM and offers fantastic views. There are plenty of shops nearby, and a large 24-hour supermarket is just a step away. The metro is a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to get to Marina Mall. The beach is a leisurely 15-minute stroll, offering the best views of Marina Bay and the Ferris Wheel. The beach itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again. 10/10!"
