"2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast queue. Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking."

"Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and dishonest. She woke me up in the morning accusing me of not paying and I had one more guest ( my friend just came to drop me off and help with luggage), even though I had already shown my receipt. No proper cleaning was done—my dustbin was never emptied and I had to sleep on the same linen for 6 days. Totally unprofessional service."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Emirates Grand Hotel. The location is perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great hotel for both relaxation and easy access to Dubai’s main attractions."

"Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience."

"Overall, it's pretty good. The room isn't small, and it's quite close to the riverside with small boats passing by. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets and various shops are also very convenient. The breakfast is Western-style."

"Wow how do I even start. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean . Beautifully designed rooms , extremely clean and enough amenities. Talking of a couples experience the whole stay was nothing short of amazing . The rooftop was under maintenance and the pool as well we would have wanted to experience. But highly recommend 👌"

"This hotel is great for business trips to JLT. It's affordable, and there's a Carrefour supermarket and a Chinese restaurant right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, there's a pool and gym facilities on the ground floor."

"A very good and inexpensive hotel. NOT luxury, rather for those who came for work. For the money - just top. The rooms are spacious and clean, worn furniture and a sink-shower, but they clean every day, fresh linen and towels, free water with daily replacement. Very good food! They feed you really decently. Both breakfast and dinner. There are two bars right in the hotel. The Indian one has CHEAP beer. On the top floor there is a spa and a small but decent pool. In general, if you are traveling on business, without requests and expectations of super-premium, this is a great option!"
