JJhoRRThe stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.

7771188@The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

Pros: Clean room with a view of the neighboring hotel and the city to the right. A large bed, TV, kettle, safe, tea, coffee, and bottled water are all provided for a comfortable stay.
Cons: The siphon in the toilet was leaking. It's strange that this wasn't noticed or fixed during daily housekeeping.
A bigger negative is the lack of customer-centricity. The windows in the room were locked, and we asked TWICE for them to be opened. Both times we were told someone would come, but no one ever did. I consider this behavior disrespectful to guests.

BBogedajiushiwoI randomly picked City Palace Hotel on Trip.com and was a bit nervous about staying there, but it turned out to be far better than I expected in every way. The room was well-equipped and clean, breakfast had a great variety, and it was convenient for getting around. The price was also reasonable, making it a top choice for business travelers in Dubai. Everything just fell into place perfectly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh.
Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

GGuest UserHad a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

Stayed at Abjad Crown Hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The overall service was smooth and pleasant. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night because of the clubs downstairs, but if you don’t mind a lively vibe, it actually adds to the atmosphere. Great value for money!

AAnonymous User🎉 This hotel was really easy to find, you could see it right from the metro station exit! ✅ The location is super convenient, right at the Financial Centre Metro Station entrance. 😎 There's a handy supermarket downstairs with a great selection of products. 😄 And the Burj Khalifa is right outside the window – the night view is absolutely stunning! 😘😘😘
