I had very good experience, actually I’ve stayed for one week then I’ve extended my booking for another three days and like now, I wish to stay here as for monthly stay. I love the SERVICE and owner samar. Helps you a lot if you have any questions, you ask him he’ll give you a clear cut answer, and he is so informative, so it’s a good place you feel so safe. Everything was safe. Have a locker so everything is safe, you have kitchen, so you can cook yourself and you can do it. I really enjoyed the staying here and I’m gonna continue

I've stayed here multiple times for extended periods. The hotel is conveniently located and has a minimalist yet sophisticated design, perfect for business travelers.

The location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

We spent one night at this hotel and won't be returning. There are three nightclubs in the hotel, and the music plays until 3 AM. The room was small, the walls were painted with oil paint, and there was no electric kettle. The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the vent grille on the ceiling wasn't adjustable, so it blew directly onto the beds all night. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The parking area in the building is very small and the entrance and exit are difficult. There should be a parking service for customers.

Wonderful hostel! I stayed there for a week and was very happy with my stay. I stayed in a women's dorm; my roommate was nice and the staff was great. It was clean. For the price, Dubai Marina is amazing!

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay. Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

The hotel's location is near the subway station, but the area is primarily populated by people of Indian, Pakistani, and Black descent. I wouldn't recommend it for families or solo female travelers.

When booking the hotel, it shows that the price is more expensive and there is breakfast, and there is no breakfast after the actual check-in.

Conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance. The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
