The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes its guests’ comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant experience

GGuest UserThe location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

FFarahaini99I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night.
In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures.
Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.

IIchitaroConveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance.
The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
