GGuest UserWell, first of all, you'll never find one. We spent an hour wandering around the neighborhood asking people how to get into this wonderful Stay Inn. Until a guy from a nearby store took us there. God bless him!...
Second, the organization is lacking in the accommodations. Nancy, and others, are certainly very friendly and willing to help, but only when they're nearby. They don't respond to WhatsApp messages at all; maybe it's their religion or something else. But they say they read them. Strange...
So, if you, like us, have an ESIM with internet only, you won't be able to call them. WhatsApp calls don't work in the UAE without special arrangements.
Third. According to the rules of this accommodation, you have to check out by 11:00 AM. We needed to check out by 10:00 AM, which I told Nancy about. But she doesn't read WhatsApp messages. We decided to ask the security desk in the lobby to call her or one of the organizers and let them know we needed to check out. We thought we could have left without saying goodbye, but the 200 dirham deposit was holding us back. So, security told us that Nancy was working from 11:00 AM and would be back at 11:00 AM, no earlier than that. They kindly offered us the chance to wait on the sofas in the lobby. At 11:03 AM, we asked again, ”Where is she or one of the organizers?” ”Let's call them now.” Security answered and started making calls. At 11:15 AM, a girl arrived wearing a Pharaoh emblem—the same emblem they'd used to check us in. We went with her to inspect the room, then she leisurely counted out 200 dirhams, and we said goodbye.
To summarize: Overall, the room was clean and nice. As long as the manager is on site, any issues can be resolved. But as soon as he/she left, it was the end! We couldn't write, couldn't call, couldn't get through...
It was a valuable experience for us. We don't expect to repeat it. )))
Good luck to everyone!
