MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

ЕЕлена ЛипкинаWe were happy to return to this hotel after 20 years. And how nice it was to note that if there are changes, they are only positive. The room had a kitchen. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel complex. And also many cafes and McDonald's. There is a metro station and a bus stop next to the hotel. At the reception, the pleasant hotel staff quickly resolve any of your questions. I will note that the staff also communicated with each other in a friendly manner and with a smile. You rarely see this in other hotels and it is pleasant to watch. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We recommend the hotel.

EEvvvvvvI recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!

GGuest UserFront Desk Service Needs Improvement , particularly in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
1. Slow Response Time
When I checked in, the front desk staff, Mahmoud, took my phone number and assured me that he would notify me via WhatsApp once my room was ready. However, I never received any update. At 2:45 PM, I followed up with him but got no response. Eventually, I went to the front desk myself and checked in at exactly 3 PM. It’s possible that my room was ready earlier, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and inconvenient.
2. Lack of Professional Knowledge
On 3pm , when I arrived at the front desk, I was assisted by the supervisor, Paul, as the first staff member had not responded. I was surprised to find that Paul struggled to answer some very basic questions that a front desk staff member should be able to handle with ease. This raised concerns about the training and professionalism of the hotel’s front desk team.
3. Unfriendly Service
Overall, the attitude of the front desk staff felt indifferent, lacking warmth and professionalism. While the hotel facilities were impressive, the service quality did not meet expectations.
I would recommend visiting for the experience, but don’t expect exceptional service from the front desk.

EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

AAnonymous UserCame back to same Staybridge suites after a cruise and got upgraded for one night stay before flying off. It’s a beautiful hotel, view on high levels are very good and metro is just downstairs. Convenience stores are on left and right of apartment. Many eateries and pharmacies along the whole stretch of road. Staff are courteous and helpful.

UUlziibayarI have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect.
This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

What really makes the QE2 special, though, is the experience itself. The facilities are extraordinary, and being on board feels like stepping into history. The onboard museums, audiovisual room, old pubs, and beautifully preserved interiors truly transport you back in time. It’s such an interactive and immersive journey into the ship’s remarkable past.
What’s even better is that you get the full cruise ship atmosphere without any seasickness — it’s stationery, yet it gives you the magical feeling of traveling through time. Honestly, I found myself wishing I could stay longer.
If you’re looking for something unique, enriching, and memorable, the QE2 staycation is a must. A one-of-a-kind experience I’ll definitely be coming back for! 🚢✨

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.
